Why is it that EVERYONE besides Blasters gets the "Conserve Power" EPP?

Good question... but not quite true.
Fire gets consume
Elec gets power sink
Nrg already has Conserve Power
That leaves Ice & Dev hmmm...
/Ice has great holds like ice patch and Frozen Aura and other stasis powers. Heck, just hold'em and take a sec to catch your breath with hibernate. I know.. it only heals, but at least you got some protection while you drop a cab, read a book, etc....
And /Dev...I thought they were the Uber FOTM secondary?

As always...
PFF for Defenders/Controllers doesn't let you attack at all (unless it's been changed recently - haven't played my FF char in a while) - you can only use powers which affect yourself. Not sure if the blaster version is bugged or not, but the current behavior is at least consistent with other AT's PFF.

That is ages out of date. PFF doesn't allow attacks out, nor will any PBAOE buffs on you affect your teammates with it up. Or at least that's how it works for FF defenders.

I'm skeptical of the listings for some of those Epic Armors. Some of them say "+Def" when I think they should say "+Res" and some are the other way around. But that's only from comparing the power to it's original Tanker form, so what do I know?

One description of Fire Shield says it protects against disorient. The other doesn't include it. Is it different for different AT's?
Pretty much all of these powers exist in other sets. Do we know if they have the same costs, activation times, recharge times, etc?
This is a pretty decent post, but some numbers to go along with it(recharge, endurance, range, etc, ) would be pretty great. I have no idea about how to collect such numbers, (plus my highest char is only 40, so I couldn't help much if I wanted to).

You cant have a blaster conserve power for the sheer fact that energy secondary would have access to the same power twice. With haste and 2 CPs you could easily have perm CP and never ever run out of endurance, even without stamina. All other blaster secondaries would be junk relative to energy (most already are!)

Mephe is right. I could respec out of fitness quite easily. Right now I have conserve power six slotted with perma hasten. It has a downtime much of about a minute, compare to an up time of close to 90 seconds (if I recall correctly).
Plus, looking on the other side of the coin - half of energy manipulation's signature powers have been pimped out to every other AT as it is - everyone can conserve power and power boost now it seems. Heck, defenders can now do total focus. It kind of makes the energy manipulators a little less unique and special.
In the blaster energy pool, you misspelled the last power. It is called "Foce of Nature" in the game.
(if you dont acknowledge the devs efforts to make text errors everywhere in this game, they might think you disrespect their hard work)

Definitly not. Most of the powers are reduced in some way or another. Like Char has a much longer recharge time for a blaster or tanker then it does for a Controller.

I have a dumb question about the "Munitions Mastery" pool. Lets say you have a blaster that's not Assault Riffle (Ice, Energy, or fire) and you pick the MM pool, how does it work? Seems like you would need the Gun to pull it off. Do you get the riffle if you choose this if your lets say energy based?

DESCRIPTION: Encases a single target within solid stone. The stone slowly crushes the victim, dealing Smashing damage. The Fossilized victim is held helpless and unable to defend himself. You must have Stone Prison or Salt Crystals before selecting this power.

DESCRIPTION: You can cause Stalagmites to erupt all around an enemy, slicing all nearby foes. The Stalagmites deal lethal damage, and reduce the affected targets Defense. Some affected foes may be Disorient for a short while. You must be on the ground to activate this power. You must have two other Earth Mastery Powers before selecting this power.
