Council Zenith Hoverbot's do it to.

When someone uses the Mystic Fortune power on my winged shield scrapper while he is flying/hovering he does the Dragon's Tail animation.

Not sure if he needs to have the shield powers toggled on or not for the glitch to trigger.

I'm also not sure if elevation is relevant. I've seen it happen several times when he was flying low to the ground waiting for the rest of the team to arrive at a mission door.

Power Sink and Consume are quite different powers.

Power Sink is auto hit. It drains endurance from your opponents and gives it back to you. Thus, slotting it with END MOD enhancements both increases the amount of END that the power drains AND the amount you get back.

Consume is can be slotted for ACC, but is not auto hit. Consume does small amounts of Fire damage to anything it hits. It aso gains back some endurance for each foe you hit with it. You can slot Consume for END MOD, but this only affects the amount of END you get from each successful hit, since Consume does not actully drain any END.

I'm just curious, but if my Ice/NRG blaster were to use Power Boost before using Blizzard, would power boost turn Blizzards Knockdown into a Knockback?

If so, I imagine this could be a problem for several powers, like Ice Contrrol - Ice Slick when combuined with Power Boost from the Primal Forces Mastery pool.

I DESPISE the idea of toggle droping in PVE on principle, but I'm just not a fan of it in PVP to begin with...

You know, I might be able to live with a cap. I'm not happy with it and it means I have to slot up my armors more, but I could live with a cap on EA's defense.

What I cannot live with is the reduced end drain. That's just pointless.

And then there is still the fact that my perma elude scrapper is immune to psionics and fire and cold and toxic and everything else while my Ice tankers still has multiple holes in his defenses.

Please, if you are going to nerf the best power Ice tanks have at least give us something back in return. I wouldn't mind some real Resistance so that I'm not the only tank that get's one shotted even by non psi AV's...

Definitly not. Most of the powers are reduced in some way or another. Like Char has a much longer recharge time for a blaster or tanker then it does for a Controller.

In City of Heroes, you get to play a comic book hero.

In City of Villians, you get to play a comic book villian.

Thus, I think we need City of Ninja's, where you get to play a comic book henchman!!!

I found a portal in KR three times in the exact same spot. It was pretty much due south of the Galaxy City entrance. Maybe three or four blocks away.

I could find it again easily, if it is still there.

My lvl 7 Stone/Energy tanker called for help for nearly ten minutes on Broadcast, but no one came

The spawns in Brickstown seemed to be mostly level 30-35.

In Kings Row, they seemed to be mostly level 10's

In Steel Canyon I saw mostly 16's.

I don;t remember what level the ones in skyway were...

As has been hinted, this is only the first wave of Ralaruu scouts.

I mean come on, do you really think Cryptic would launch the invasion full scale on a Thursday morning when most of the Western Hemisphere is at work/school?

If things havne't picked up massivly by Saturday night CST (Cryptic is in Texas), then I think you have reason to call the invasion lame and I will join you in that cry...
