did the EPP Oppressive Gloom get changed? the above list says ranged aoe, while it normally is a PB aoe.
Just to add my 2inf. Indomitable Will from Controller's Psionic Mastery also provides Psionic Defence, it's recharge time is 6 minutes and it lasts 90 seconds.
I've taken some guesses on what types of enhancements would be in each power. Corrections welcome.

I'm surprised this is not a more active thread. Anyway, I'm gonna be doing some tests of controller pools but only few at a time. Here are the first 2 powers from the Stone Mastery pool.
Couple of notes: I haven't tested for accuracy because first I'm not sure how to do that second, I had Tactics on so that would skew the results. Also, for damage I tested against even con (45) Nemesis Hussars and Jaegers, and Rikti Conscript and Communication Officer, for all but Jaeger the damage was the same, just the same I decide to post Jaeger damage, it's in the brakets. Both powers didn't have any enhancements, and finally, all numbers (except damage) are approximate.

Ok I'm bad with numbers; what would it take to make Mind over Body Perma with Perma Hasten? It says it has a 6 min recharge time... and a 90 sec duration; is it even possible?
Even with 6 recharge and permahasten, there will be a slight gap in between clicks of Indomitable Will (which is the power you meant - Mind over Body is the toggle).

I believe * means it's the first powers you can choose from, ** mean it comes after choosing one of the other *'s, and *** means you need 2 other powers (either both *'s or 1 of *'s and 1 **'s).
