COMBINED

Animation
<ul>[*]Zenith Hoverbots will no longer loop their exploding death animation[*]Rikti Drones will no longer loop their exploding death animation[/list]
Badges
<ul>[*]Fixed a bug that would cause some players to earn nonexistent Arena badges and immediately have them revoked.[/list]
Emotes
<ul>[*]The basic /emote juggle now works while flying.[/list]
Invention System
<ul>[*]Damage resistance bonuses granted by Invention Origin sets like Aegis or Shield Wall will no longer be modified by archetype modifiers. This means that all archetypes will get the advertised bonus on the enhancement.
[*]All damage proc effects in Invention Origin enhancements will now state the rate at which they will be triggered, the damage type they inflict and the measure of damage they inflict.[/list]
Mission Architect
<ul>[*]Removed powers from Destructible Object mission objectives that harmed or affected players in some way. These objects should simply explode upon reaching 0 health and have no secondary effects like buffing or debuffing players or causing damage to either enemies or players.
<ul>[*]These changes will not affect Mission Arcs that are marked as Dev Choice.[/list] <ul>[*]These changes will not affect Mission Arcs that are marked as Guest Author[/list] [*]Destructible Objects that didn’t have a “glow” and sound pulse should now correctly have these effects
[*]Fixed a bug where some players would receive an error message when entering an Architect mission (this error did not prevent players from actually entering the mission)
[*]The Story Contact à “Contact Group” field will no longer reset to empty when editing a local or published arc.[/list]
PVP Changes
<ul>[*]Fixed a bug where you could sometimes attack a player as they respawn in an Arena match
[*]Changed Dominator PVP damage bonus to compensate for the improved base damage.
[*]Fixed a bug where mez powers in PvP zones that were affecting NPCs were being limited to four seconds in duration.
[*]Fixed PvP rewards to function once again. Now, influence, inspirations, and other normal rewards occur on every PvP kill, while PvP IO recipes can only be rewarded on rep-valid kills.
[*]Fixed rep-validation to function in arenas, even though it doesn't give you any reputation in arenas.
[*]Also lowering the rep timer from 10 minutes to 5 minutes.[/list]

<ul>[*]The visual FX for Robotics - Pulse Rifle Burst should now sync with the attack animation
[*]Power of Black Scorpion (Mastermind Version) now has the correct targeting information and help text. It also now works correctly when used on Reichsman. This power prevents Reichsman from using his Unbreakable power. If it is used while Reichsman is Unbreakable, it will prevent Reichsman from using it again.
[*] Necromancy and Robotics Mastermind pets should be able to utilize emotes again.
[*]Fixed punctuation issues in Mastermind Pet Response text strings.[/list]
Dominators

Hmmm. Why was this done? I have in an arc one of those objects that does damage and about mag 1000 knockback when destroyed. Won't kill the mission if it doesn't do the damage or the KB, but I'm still curious as to the Why of the change.

The barrels of dynamite were being used for farming purposes. Removing other effects that hurt the player, I have no idea. Maybe it's for the sake of melee users, in case someone fills an entire mission with exploding things.

I'm confused. Do the devs want more or less PVP IO's than before i15? Because it seems like they're going to be getting a TON less with this change. From looking at how many were for sale, they were more rare than purples before i15...I thought they'd want to see more of them around since they're only orange and not purple.

anyone who doesnt pvp on freedom now has about 10 times less of a chance of getting pvp IOs now due to how many dif targets there are to kill. GG devs

the Repairmen basically being unstoppable. Even with bonfire down, they each get a heal off to the tower.

Basically you can have 5 (maybe 6 but that's pushing it) rep valid kills in a 30 minute arena match. You gain no rep but it means you get to "roll to see if you get a PvP IO recipie" 5 times per 30 minute match rather that say 60. of course continuing to kill the same target while say AFK resets the rep timer so you can get 1 roll in reality unless you actively farm. It cuts out the farming without eliminating arena drops altogether.

I'm not hugely clear on how this will make less PvP. I get the impact to small servers, but if there are so few people in those servers' zones that you only got POs by killing the same people multiple times in the same 5 minute interval, I'm not sure that POs were going to be enough draw to really sustain a healthy PvP environment.

If the real complaint is that the smushed farming, well, that's a different objection all together.

The price of these things sure isn't going to go down. The scary thing is that it literally can't go that much higher percentage wise on some of them, because the game doesn't support transaction numbers that high.

Even if mezzed or defeated on arrival, the repair men still execute their full repair effect on the towers.

It's damn ugly. Anyone without a big masochistic streak is avoiding this TF right now.

Right. Just like there are certainly plenty of people on Test to look at this new patch and make sure it's all working right.

Except there were a total of two people in Beta Testers when I logged off just now...


Always /bug something when you see it rather than presume someone else has done it. They might know about the STF bug and have it in the queue, or everyone might have left it to someone else.

Good going devs on destroying pvp iop's on the smaller servers. I hope this doesnt go to live for the simple fact as there isnt as much of a chance to get them period on the small servers without this added on to it. Now its gonna be near impossible. Unless the drop rate is increased this is a very bad idea, unless your on freedom.

I for 1 am not moving my toons to freedom just for a chance to get pvp io's and am not paying 300mil a pvp io that you just undoubtedly forced upon the market with these changes. Might as well take them out of the game if your going to do this.

Reeeeeeeally wishing I'd held onto those PvP IOs now. Just lost a lot of potential income.

The repairmen get off a repair after they are killed making tower take down extremely frustrating for a tight team...and somewhat impossible for your standard run-of-the-mill PUG team.

Also, the Abandoned Sewer Trial generators now regen health on their own - making destroying them at the same time much more difficult...
