Doe anyone know what typ of servers are used for the actual servers (freedom,Liberty,Champion...) Like are they T1,T3 or any other if you could tell me it would be nice

Its actually a cluster of multiple servers that make up each server you see in the selection screen. Last published information I saw described 47 individual servers for each "Server" but by now I am sure it is more.
I'm pretty new to the game, got my character to lvl 10 and I'm supposed to be contacting Drea the Hook, but he keeps telling me to go pull my own heists. What's the deal, how can I make him a contact or get a mission?
When you first see him he unlocks the newspaper missions for you. Click on the "Newspaper" contact for a choice of missions. After doing 3 he will give you Mayhem Mission and once you contact him after that, he'll give you a choice of contacts to go on from there.

Unlocking Kheldians: This can only be done by getting a HERO to level 50. Getting a Villain to level 50 DOES NOT unlock Kheldians.

That was my question! But the two links are broken.
(And then I googled and found the page, but the answer isn't clear. It does not tell me, for instance, whether my character will no longer be saved if I cancel my game account while I go away for a month, then activate it again)
Here's a link to the 'How to contact someone in support' page from the Knowledge base.
Bronze, nothing happens to your characters if you deactivate your account. There was a policy where names on accounts that were deactivated for more than 90 days would come up for grabs, but that was repealed.
Unless something changes in the interrim, your account and characters will be as you left them when you come back. Keep your email address on your playNC account up to date, and they'll send you newletters as normal which will detail any changes that come up, including account policies.

Nope. The GM's only change names if it's copyrighted, trademarked, a real person or offensive.
I wonder if it being the god in the copyrighted indiana jones movies would count lol ... =P

I would think so, as long as you UPGRADE your PlayNC account. DO NOT ADD the new code, you must UPGRADE.
Also, you won't need to install the GvE, having played the trial, you already have an up to date game. It's the code that matters, not the discs.

No, you can't restore a deleted character. That's why it makes you type the name in EXACTLY as you named it including caps and whatnot. To make sure that YOU are sure you want to do that.
