I can't find a guide or anything on basic macro pograming, I know I am probably just missing it, but if someone could link it here or tell me how they work I would appriciate it.

Go to the section labeled (Player Guides) and look for any thread with "Binds" or "Macros" in the title.
The best one is "The Unofficial and Incomplete Guide to /binds".
If you have a specific question regarding a specific bind or macro that you want to build, feel free to ask.
I just got this and when i try to log in it says log in server unavailble what should i do?
I am brand new to this game and I am actually having a problem with the character creation. I love the diversity of costuming and how customizable your characters are, however I'm having a problem with the colours. I can't seem to figure out how to make my shirt one colour and my pants a different colour. Also, how do I change my hair colour without changing everything else i'm wearing. I can't figure out what this "Colours Linked" thing is or how it works. I dunno, maybe I'm dumb. Is there somewhere I can get help with my colours issue? I just want a white outfit with bright red hair and i can't get it to work...

That little circle with a kind of 'X' on it under your color palette? That there is your problem! Click that and make sure the circle is now black and empty, and you'll be able to change the colors of your hair without ruining your carefully crafted costume!

The "Colors Linked" checkbox makes the currently selected colors be used across the entire costume. If you uncheck that and then go into the specific section of the costume you want to change colors for, you'll be able to change just that part.
So, if you wanted to change the hair color, you'd uncheck the linked box, then select the "Head" section, and click on "Hair". Then you change the color and it'll only change the hair color.

does anyone know if there is a way to set up a multi command bind with a delay
example: calling out that RA is ready in 10 seconds and then have the bind fire it off in 10 seconds?
As far as I have read they left that option of a timer out on purpose. This way you can not completely macro. There are other means of delays such as using powers that are out of range or invalid for the situation and then the bind will move to the next command. Not a timer but might help.

It won't help. All of that stuff gets executed at the same time. There's no way to set up a 10 second delay...doing so would make lots of automation possible and result in the people having the game play for them instead of people playing the game

Matter of fact, if you log on with the other account, it boots you off the first one (Two Accounts with Two PC's, but always screwing things up)

Crap.....I'm getting my a** kicked doing stuff out in the Hollows.
Hollows missions can be very difficult to handle if you're level 5 or 6. Grab some team members to help - you'll be much happier. Teams are plentiful in the Hollows.

When I play the game I usually have to do alot typing, which by the way I am no good at lol. I wanted to ask is there a public teamspeak server for any of the City of Hero Players to chat. If so can you type the IP adress and password (if needed). Thanks
There isn't anything official, some use your standard IM voice and add buddies (yahoo, msn, etc.)
It would be a nice feature but it leaves room for a lot of abuse.
