Ok I have a question for the devs. Will CoH get base's
when CoV go's live? If I only have CoH and I dont have
CoV will I get the base's?

Im not sure where to put this. so i am going to put it here.
A friend told me that NCSoft bought the license for DC comic characters and i would like to know if that is right or not. He told me he saw it in Game Informer.
