  1. i gave my ill/ras/ice a respec too:
    the build is on the forums (on one of the last pages of local guide)
    the main things i changed:
    I got in hover for LotG; flash for BotZ; frost amor for some defense and LotG;
    some other changes:
    switched 1 slots from RI (is now 3slotted with HOs); took one slot from healing aura (was 6slotted before); switched ice storm for frost breath; gave spctral wounds 5 pieces of decimation and the APO proc (as soon as i get it) instead of 6 thunderstrikes; fully slotted GI with 5 red fortune and LotG; switched Glimpse of the Abyss in Spectral Terror for Unspeakable terror set

    that all gives me 221.25% rech without the 33% from alphaslot (1/6 is free from ED)
  2. 1) a build or a link to lcal mans guide would be good (no matter if he hits this thread in a few seconds)
    2) mutation is a very good power even when half of the team has dayjobrezzes or the ones from epic pools etc
    3) why do not take both (mutation and 2 leadership toggles: maneuvers and assault) all 3 are slotlight (1-2 slots for full use of them)
    4) it is better to do these things when there is a build which you can upgrade
  3. theren are only 2 IOs: acchilles heal chance for -res(defense debuff set) and fury of the gladiator chance for -res(pbaoe damage set)

  5. i normally slot AM with 6 parts of EffAdaptor
    this isnt as effective as the mentioned way but give 5% global rech
  6. the LotG +rech is an global IO bonus which doesnt count to the 7.5% from sets like basilisks gaze becaus that are set boni
    it doenst exceed the rule of 5 because they are different boni

    EDIT: in your build PA isnt overlaping (only AM and hasten)

  7. don't forget that the proc has its own downtime when it fires (5 sec after the +rech ends)
  8. if you can fit in tough its better for surviving but not really needed by the def numbers you are running
    45% def is softcapped for even lvl minions and will be good for most reasons
    54% def should be enough for all things you are running in (the res will only lower the taken damage which shouldnt be much)
  9. the most important thing to mention is: you slotted 6 purple sets (rukle of 5) use the procs for damage because the damage is normally edcapped
    slot posi in fire cages bexause they will stack good for kins and then do double damage
    dont slot earth ambance for heal: slot is for recharge unless it is perma
  10. advantages:
    i am not sure how high claw/sr's DPS will be but this is what i clicked together in 10 min
    almost perma haste and good endurance for fighting AVs with softcapped def to all positions paired with 98.9% DDR
    disadvantage:
    extreme high cost

  11. i only have 9% accurace bonus so i switched the recharge out of LR and gave blind 2 acc/dmg HOs becaus it must hit all the time over doing some more damage
    3 HOs in RI and a def/end in frozen amor should be good too

  12. here is my new i19 ready build for ill/rad with ice epic:
    decieve is slotted without the chance becaus so you can confuse a AV/hero through the pruple triangles
    AM for 5% recharge and i love the effi recovery
    SI slotted for 12,5% recharge with LotG and RF sets
    GI as a setmule for KBProt and LotG
    my normal travelpower is superjump and CJ takes a LotG too
    PA for maxed out damage and recharge
    spektral terror for recharge and freeing up a 6.25% setbonus
    flash,empuls and bind (2 acc/dmg HO) with basilisk gaze for 7.5% recharge
    phantasm for maxed damage and accuracy
    ice epic as i love hibernate, ice blast and frost breath take 2 6.25% recharge sets, slow AV's or GM's, deal good damage and frozen armor takes my last LotG
    there are 3 open IO-slots for when fitness gets inherent: numina and miracle uniques in health paired with a miracle heal IO and 2 EndmodIOs in stamina
    these build should allow me soloing AVs and GMs more quickly and even middle of a fight i can turn on frozen amor for when i forget recasting PA
    this build is special for perma PA/AM/Haste builds because it only relies on the second cheapest pruple set for getting 221.25% global recharge

  13. thanks local man: now there are 5% extra recharge in there and SI is viable for fighting and SW got an extra proc in it (apo)
    @Happy_Cat: this build is for soloing GMs and AV's so i wont be able to wait for my end coming back on thier own
    on longer fight you have to drop one or more toggles when i can just go into hibernate and come out a few seconds later with full endurance

  16. that is excatly my tactic but there is a gap (even with pemaPA) that has to be filled with someone other to tank romy and the nicti
    phantasm's decoy will do that for me if phantasm isnt killed from romy and/or the nictus
    after it charges in meleerange it will be killed by one or the other
  17. i tried to solo an ITF today (had to quit because my phantasm always charged in meleerange and was killed by the "autohit-nictus")with my ill/rad/ice on union (european server)
    now my question is: how strong is the heal romolus augustus gets from the healing-nictus in the last mish of the ITF?
    I have to know it because i have to do more damage than it heals

    Am I a healer?

    you are as good as a defender with empathy because you can heal a little weaker than them but you will prevent damage with your primary
    i, myself, find plant is a real good primary for emp because you have a sleep, confuse and regen power which will stack with emps regen power and the more reactive playstyle a emp has to do.

    poison, dark miasma, storm, traps(and def) or ta for debuffing the enemies
    therm or pain for heals and resistance
