Hmmm ill/rad power suggestions for i9?
Mutation is a nice (one slot) power, assault too (if you have plenty of recovery), if you are a flier or other traveller, combat jumping would be a nice mule for a lotg and its always nice to have for the controlled jumping.

1) a build or a link to lcal mans guide would be good (no matter if he hits this thread in a few seconds)
2) mutation is a very good power even when half of the team has dayjobrezzes or the ones from epic pools etc
3) why do not take both (mutation and 2 leadership toggles: maneuvers and assault) all 3 are slotlight (1-2 slots for full use of them)
4) it is better to do these things when there is a build which you can upgrade

I fitted Flash back into my build, took the other invisible power to pop a LotG into, Combat Jumping to pop in a LotG, and took out Air Superiority (previously five slotted with Crushing Impact, which I moved into Flash along with another slot, will have four Basilisk and two from Lockdown) for Recall Friend (will put in a level 10 Zephyr knockback when I have time).

Where's Local_Man at?
Personally I am really looking forward to the inherents, as my perma PA build had to skip a few powers I really enjoy in teams. I went with the fire APP and i was going to take Mutation, recall friend, and rise of the phoenix. rez, self rez, and tp for when I stealth missions. All of those things were missing in my previous build so I am especially excited about them. and a pleasant bonus is none of them need any slots.
I was thinking of maybe grabbing mutation, or perhaps leadership pool, I do not even know if I need to slot these up or not any ideas? I am following a build similar to local mans guide, great guide btw.

I did a quick respec of my main Ill/Rad to add in Mutation, Recall Friend and Group Invis (with a LotG Recharge). I already had Hover and Combat Jumping. I had Recall Friend in my original build, and I have really missed it, and it only needs the default slot. Recall Friend will allow me to stealth missions better without having to depend on the vet "Assemble Team" power. And it is often a handy power in other situations.
Mutation is a nice Rez power, and it only needs the default slot. That was another power I had always wanted to fit into my build, but just couldn't.
And last, Group Invis is the one I was unsure on -- I considered Rise of the Phoenix (as the only self-rez available to Controllers), Fallout (with only the default slot, it would mainly be used as a debuff), or maybe Assault. However, since I already have 4 power pools even after Fitness inherent (Fly&Hover, Hasten, Combat Jumping, Recall Friend), I would have to take Group Invis as a LotG mule in place of Combat Jumping if I wanted to add Assault -- and there was the endurance drain to consider.
I went with Group Invis for a couple of reasons. I like my powers to have some kind of utility, and with GI I would be able to invis the team. More importantly, I could cast GI at the start of a fight, and then turn off SI to save endurance. Plus, while I already had Perma PA at 206.5% Recharge, a little bit more is nice. With GI slotted with another LotG Recharge, my Recharge is up to 213%.
That was my reasoning. It may be that other considerations are more important for you. Leadership is certainly appealing. With the I-19 changes, I suspect a lot of folks will be adding the Leadership toggles, and stacked Leadership is pretty great.

i gave my ill/ras/ice a respec too:
the build is on the forums (on one of the last pages of local guide)
the main things i changed:
I got in hover for LotG; flash for BotZ; frost amor for some defense and LotG;
some other changes:
switched 1 slots from RI (is now 3slotted with HOs); took one slot from healing aura (was 6slotted before); switched ice storm for frost breath; gave spctral wounds 5 pieces of decimation and the APO proc (as soon as i get it) instead of 6 thunderstrikes; fully slotted GI with 5 red fortune and LotG; switched Glimpse of the Abyss in Spectral Terror for Unspeakable terror set
that all gives me 221.25% rech without the 33% from alphaslot (1/6 is free from ED)

Any suggested slotting for leadership pulls? So far it looks like I am going to take mutation, air supp, and teleport friend, I cannot take group invis, having 2 invis is just a waste to me I cannot help it, I enjoy helping my groups though.

I should ask is leadership toggle heavy? I am already having issues with sup invis and rad together crazy end drain.
