    I will roll a grav troller later this day to get an insight of what the real problem is and any other people who have problems with that set should play it first before judging people

    especally paired with illuson it will give you a good aoe hold and when used after flash even bosses dont attack you

    Sry for replying that late but i have to say:

    I created the Build that i posted without ever seeing the one princess darkstar posted which lookes almost similar to mine.

    It took me hours to do all the work for 3 builds (2 of them never were in this thread as the criteria were changed as i posted them.

    Now its to Princess darkstar to trust me or to say he took my build and changed some minor things

    for the defense debuff you have to hit your target

    I find radblast is underpowered as you two lame lvl 1 blasts that recharge fast but do almost no damage, you aoes are either pb or have a slow travelspeed

    blind is your main attack and is fairly underslotted (acc/dam or dam/mezz ho in and it will be good)
    chocking cloud is a real endhog and useless for ill/rad as you blast from far away
    IW is avaible at 41 not 35
    celerity is useless GI and/or SI will bring you to stealthcap

    you say that def isnt an issue (i know you do not need def when PA is perma) but went for tough and weave

    swap the acc/end in stamina for a normal endmod IO
    swap the entropic chaos for decimation (Fire blast)
    if you wanna keep the chance for heling self swap it to SW as this is twice in your attack chain (AC: Blind-SW-FB-SW)
    i prefer having my Ipets a different damage type than me for challanging the psires in Incarnate content

    here is the chunk to an ill/dark with 0,7 % short of softcapped def to sm/l/f/c/melee/aoe (i am taking the new numbers for fade)
    others are above the softcap with barrier
    it has perma PA(0,05 sec away from it), Fade and Indomitable Will and Hasten
    Soul absorption is 1,43 sec away from perma (28,43 sec rech from 120 sec originally with 3 sec cast time and 30 sec duration)

    your build in post 17 lacks the 4points KBprot (read the OPs list in post 1)
    on the other hand the blaster (PPP pet is not perma: perma menas recharge before casted new including casting time)
    not to mention that hovering around isnt good for placing bayonet which wanted to OP in his attackchain

    when i saw it right most of his builds were compromises between what the OP wanted and a build he made for his own crap.
    than he started to discuss to get the goals changed so that they could meet his build:
    i.e. swapping one/both assaults out so that he reached softcap and perma pets (its easy to rech that when you can slot 5 LotG +rech but with less its a challange) at least his last build lacks of TT leadership which will boost tohit for scrab and pest not like hover only for the scrab

    just my 2cents

    PS: i read the whole thread while it was written but had no need to comment it until now
    PPS: as i see (looked all his builds) is each build missing something more or less important for winning the challange

    just didnt do that as you mentioned not to boost the set IOs
    EDIT: And yes i hate when the rules are changed every half day as it costs a while getting good build

    the DPS given by the proc will be more than the ones you loose in bayonet as the proc can go off when casting the spiderlings too
    you lose 1,4% res which nomally wont help you surviving when the wrost takes place
    on the other hand you get 846 HP heal every 100 sec instead of 542 HP every 116 sec

    here is my final build which fills all criteria and the build up proc is in spiderlings and guaranteed 2,16 end/sec (2,39with + endproc ncounted) after enddiscount

    Must have:
    • Perma-Hasten check
    • Perma-Serum check
    • All 3 pets perma check
    • 45% defence to all positions (Can include Barrier*) check
    • Both pet resist uniques and both pet defence uniques check
    • General good slotting for everything aside from Shatter Armor, which is just a filler power so can be swapped if necessary, or used as a mule check
    • 95% chance to hit +3's with all powers including Web Envelope (Which will accept minimal slotting as it is just for the -fly) check
    • Achilles' Heel procs in Single Shot, Burst and Heavy Burst check
    • Catalysed ATIO proc in Heavy Burst (The other parts of the set can be elsewhere but with also needing an Achilles' Heel proc it is most likely best to use 5 parts here) check
    • Muscalature Alpha (This is what makes the build really hard) check
    • Gapless single target attack chain of Bayonet>Single Shot>Burst>Single Shot check
    • 'Decent' endurance, so no neglecting stamina check
    • Mag 4 KB protection check

    Nice to have:
    • Soulbound Allegiance proc in Summon Spiderlings check
