I'm feeling a bit too lazy to dissect your build, so I'll just post mine instead.

I went with the Stone epic, but I didn't take the armor because I don't like the way it looks. As much as it would make sense to get some Smashing/Lethal defense for an Elec/Rad who lives in melee range, I feel that Elec/Rad has enough mechanisms for survival to get by without it.

Here is the build i came up with. I have finally gotten to my epic powers and will only switch out mu for fire if i dont like the way it looks but figured itd be a nice theme. Having tried out all the powers these were the ones that seemed to work out nicely together. Based on my solo ability to keep the crowds pretty much perma mezed i decided to go with resistance over defence. IMO way more important for a troller ad much easier attainable. With the rchg i was lookin for in AM and Hasten. If anyone sees a way to improve on this say maybe defense or damage without giving up my rchg plz let me know. Also i solo at x5 for the sake of keeping my end a never ending source.

Quick proc question. I got the -recovery proc from the To Hit Debuff set. I want to say it's the Deflated Ego set but I could be mistaken. Because it was a drop and very easy to craft I went ahead and put it into Radiation Infection. Is there any value to doing this with an Elec/Rad? My thought process was that the chance for -Recovery would be helpful to keep a tough target (EB/AV?) drained while Conductive Aura et al do their work.

What are your thoughts?

The odds are 20% chance every 10 seconds. I don't know the duration, but it's only -25% Recovery. I will guess at a duration at between 5-10 seconds. Based on that think it's probably not worth it.

Same problem with the disorient proc - I slapped it in everything I could on an elec/elec and it just wasn't worth that many slots to occasionally disorient a minion or lt.

I got rid of it when I bought SOs. Just plopped a shiny SO...something...right over it. Haven't looked back.

I have to say though, Elec control draws some scary aggro on a team fighting reds and purples. Can't drain them fast enough but they all notice you for sure...

I was on a PuG, not the best grant you, and no real good aggro manager, so those reds and purples took a-liking to me. I think I still have a low grade concussion from the beating I took...
