I would like a couple of boosters but I have no way of paying electronically, so for me, its just more stuff to miss out on.
You know you can use paypal from a savings account and pay electronically that way?

To be honest I'm curious how you pay for subscription without paying electronically - Timecards? Be nice if NCSoft had a system like time cards for the boosters, which even better would be a way of gifting people with boosters.
  2. The main reason I havent used capes on toons is after 20 levels I'm kinda used to thier default look. Getting the vet capes at 1st (and to lesser degree the magic and Valkryie) meant I used them more. I suspect a freeze frame shuddering halt to atlas in the first few times after the new ones are released.
  3. Lovely, all for this one and will be getting it. Unlike that emote one.

Hopefully a little cheaper than the super boosters, but I don't think it will be.

And I'm kinda glad there's no power included, as dont feel too many buff bonues should be a pay to get thing. All for other moverment abilities like different animation nnja run, or an assemble the team type power etc, just getting cautious of all the buff stuff.
  4. Besides knock backs, siphon speed with the Proc for damage.

    .
My guess is too many people thought they would make inf when the markets merged by buying up lots of special PET IOs when they were blueside cheap, and selling them after merge. Crafted enhancements are easier to store (1 item over 5 salavage + recipe, and can be stored in a SG base).

    Strange Ratings?

Maybe the PEGi rating is trying to account for the online experience, which ESRB doesnt...
  8. IIRC Oro only does arcs that have a badge assoicated with them, and you miss some things like the temp power from Boccor if you do it via Oro. Turning off XP works best.

I've found that killing everything helps trigger the last glowie indictator. Skipping a non essestential mob may be why it didnt show. *shrug* at least a few times when i have gone back and defeated everything its then displayed where that last clickie is.

Remember to /bug missions that dont show the last objective indictator too.

That makes the 7 sound very low for 4 years unless you activatily avoid nemenis.

In over two years, I've never seen a poster who tries as hard as you to act like they know what they're talking about, and is so consistently wrong with nearly every single thing they say. And, as usual, when you get called out on it in a thread, you'll never show yourself here again, and just wait for some other thread to pop up where you can act like you have a clue what you're talking about...
I dont need to read anymore of the thread to know jesist wont be back.

    I agree !

And I worry a bit, Halloween/Banner event & the improved winter event made it look like CoX was getting very mass teamed focus, and were projects of war witch.
Then Cathrdal of Pain, though that one had to be mass team imo given its history.

I'm glad tip/moralty missions are so well solo balanced.

I hope the difference for getting the incarante slot via the special TFs compared with solo isnt as far as the difference between earning power of gaining reward merits in taskforce com vs Story arc.

Heck, I am in the process of making most of my villains rogues/heroes. Once I get them to 40+, do the Patron Arc and get the invader badge I wave bye bye to RI forever.

Redside is mostly AE begging in Cap and farming 53s in Grandville.
So the issue for you is actually about redside on your server, not ATs.

I find http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Main_Page search page better than google stuff for CoX stuff.

http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Category:Emote_Animations is a list of all the emotes and you can click on them to see an animation of it.

    Rant about Caves

I still hand wave that the floor building plans and thier non linear pathways/levels are due to good planning in case of rikti invasions getting in. Paragon is built for urban defense.

Check:

    - Does Minimal FX Option on elemental armors interfere with other players' ability to enjoy the game? - No

    - Does Minimal FX Option on elemental armors create any sort of heavy burden on the Dev teams so as to delay other content they might otherwise deliver? - No

    - Does Minimal FX Option on elemental armors go against the Dev teams' creative designs? - This one I don't know, though I can't imagine it being true.
You seem to keep saying that minimal effects is easy for the devs to do. I'm wondering why you would think that?
Do you have anything to back up that it wouldnt delay any other content?

I'd rather that time spent of the power pools & APPs. Not against minimal effects, but really doubt its that easy.

Each would need a new animation (x3 for body types), that animation would need to work with every possible power combination for that armour (x3 for body types). Insert the rest of standard code rant.

Even though I seriously doubt anyone else has something even remotely close to @Maestro Mavius. When your sending tens of millions in a single email, caution is key.
I always try to reply than starting a new mail. Espically after I sent a bonus someone with a name much like mine.
