Virtue has lots of global chat channels, Virtue united, Virtue LFG, virtue taskforces, virtue RP etc.
But I dont think you'll like it there. -

That sounds more like the trial not reactivation of older accounts. And anyone on trial upgrading would purchase the GR edition. People on reactivation will also have higher than level 14 toons.
-
Quote:I don't think reactivation will include anything Praetorian though, unless they already purchased GR in which case they have seen it. Seems it would be hard to reactivate accounts plus give tempory access GR, then remove it if they resub...
Not to mention the fact that this reactivation weekend is more for the players who haven't seen GR. -
Hi,
If i go the rogue from hero, and go into the rogue isles, do I lose my stuff at wentworths, or can I access it from the black market?
And if i keep going, and go from rogue to villian, is my stuff from wentworths lost or moved to the black market?
thanks -

This is the only good solution.

Question about slotting hasten, I thought anything over 3 enhancments types was a waste thanks to ED? So why would you 6 slot hasten, wouldnt those slots be better off in something else to get a global +recharge bonues or am I missing something?

Quote:The prompt was taken out as a quick fix to stop multiple mystic fortunes on one person or similar exploit.enough players whined about the auto-buff that the devs put the prompt back in.
Rumor has it that Pohsyb is working on a mechanism to add "ask / auto-accept / decline" to the options system.
At the time, Castle said he couldnt fix it without removing the prompt.
When they got a fix that worked with leaving the prompt in, they restored the prompt thats meant to be there. Becasue that how it was designed.
No conspiracy about whining people getting thier way is needed. Though it now looks liek castle is admiting it did remove it for the complaining people *shocked face*
Hopfeully the option for always/prompt/never does come into being. I prefered MF without the prompt. -
Quote:You werent exploiting.Hi,
I lost a bunch of PvP IO's and purples too. I tried to store them the first time i17 came out so I could send it to my main toon. But I was so busy leveling my Demon MM, so I did not have time to organize my recipes.
I knew it was wrong to store anything in the e-mail system as mentioned, but I also know that we are only allowed to store/send 20 items to ourselves, so if I was exploiting, I'm so sorry. ...But is there a way to get them back? If not fine, just warn us before making such changes in the future.

Wait a minute, we can achieve world wide fame for dark/dark scrapping? If only I didnt pick katana.

Quote:There are a couple of add ons that change what your power icons look like as well. These are just comestic but niceLol Newby is friendlier...
Okay no addons...nice... This means I dont have to worry about another player having a leg up on me due to just having a better UI/addons... Already enjoying this game...
I would like to add that the Ultra Settings are awesome, and the game has a real comic feel to it... I also love the idea of not having to LOOT everything I kill..Nice change of MMO pace.....
Once again thanks for all the help, I will be purchasing the full game tonight once I get home and put the kids to bed...Looking forward to it...You guys made my decision easier... -
Quote:It has been a 'knownish' problem in market forum for a while.OK, then that's definitely a problem with the Market and not the pieces themselves. If I had to guess, it's either a problem with the Market server itself, or a problem with how the interface communicates with it. I haven't seen the problems you guys are mentioning personally, but I doubt they existed all along or more people would have complained about them, as they're fairly serious. The player connection with the Market server has always been wonky, but it seems like something's finally come loose altogether.
At this point, it might be a good idea to bring this to the developers in charge of bug fixing. Unfortunately, I'm not sure who that would be in this case. I know the Television was hunting down a memory leak, but I couldn't say. If someone has an idea as to who might be the developer responsible, then pointing him to this thread with a bit of explanation might be a good start. -
Quote:I have tried completley closing the interface and reopening it.Have those of you clicking a button for 20 minutes without success done something like close the window entirely and reopen it? Sometimes you just have to resync yourself to the server. I find it hard to believe it happens as often to one person as y'all say when so many of us experience it very little or not at all. Something tells me it's not just the interface.
Not saying I don't believe you're having an issue. Just trying to narrow the problem down a bit more than just "Fix the Interface."
I find it hard to believe it doesnt happens to one person as y'all say when so many of us experience it a lot.
FWIW, saying "Not saying I don't believe you're having an issue" right after saying 'I find it hard to believe" is a mixed message.
There may be externel factors like lag invloved, that the new Auction house is fussier about. But never had some many issues with the old UI.
It might be volume of people using it - though I get issue when off peak time playing.
Changing to redside seems to have less issues. -
It happens to me often too. So annoying that just to drop stuff off takes a long time.

I am doing something when I am at the markert. Using the markert
I'd rather be buffed in missions, street fighting or the like. I dont mind being random buffed in general, and I think most random buffing happens when fighting mobs on the streets, or around Ms liberty.
I dont need a thermal shield to protect against the evil markerteers. So the sound, change in stance, and graphics change is mildy annoying.
But people who drive by buff without thinking, or trying to annoy tend to do it in the markert.
Really, as the most annoying time I'd have to change my mind, from markert to at costume contests. -
You could try writing in word and copy and pasting the text.

Quote:I dont think most people know it always happens at the markerts. Though I'll give you the most annoying drive by buffing happens there.Let me rephrase that then to me hating drive by buffing.
The majority of the time it is done, it is not helpful. Buffing me to the teeth at WW or the Black Market is absolutely worthless. And most people here know that is when most buffs of this nature are cast.
Regardless of if people think they are being helpful or not, a bit of common sense is all that is required to make a smart choice as to when to throw a buff on someone. If you meet someone fighting in the streets and they look like they could use some help, that is a perfect time to buff/heal them.
I have never posted before to complain about getting buffs from people in any case. But this specific buff does irritate me. It lasts too long to be considered a minor annoyance that I can wait to wear off.
If you have trouble understanding how other people could find that annoying, then at least ask yourself why the devs felt a need to have the buff be optional in the first place. If they thought that a 20 minute buff was OK to be held to the same rules as the other short duration buff, then why waste the time to include an option to reject it?
I'm just asking for that option back, or at least a viable alternative. -
Paint.net is also an excellent free paint program for windows, easier to use than GIMP, less featured but more than ifranview.

I hope you used herostats to countthat 15,000 defeats.
I've heard rumour a few times that the random number generator is seeded for your character based on name at generation, creating lucky and unlucky characters. But I dont believe that myself
