Have not read the NDA, but from what I have seen, is this not exactly what has been reported to us from other sources prior to the launch of Beta?
If so, in most cases the NDA would not cover what has already been discussed in public, unless there is a gag-order portion as well.

Great Guide Revolver. I saw you on Liberty last night when I was playing Frau, and almost stopped to bow for your efforts.
The tactic that shall not be named is one that I have used in the past, even solo. In combination with Caltrops, they act as my own "tanker" to drag the mobs accross for the huge boom boom.

My observations:
1) Crotoa is quite good. Not as good as Stirga is, but still a quality improvement. The storys are fun (if a bit too much on the Fantasy side, rather than hero) and well though out, with new interesting challenges.
2) The sound loop bug is horrid.
3) The Lag has increased significantly, making most fast moving travel powers unweildy.
4) You have over pared some of the Resistances for tankers, making the non Smashing/Lethal far too low, even when max slotted.
Overall, not any real game killing mistakes, you are playing to your fan base (which is good) but I don't see anything that is going to bring back a large number of former players who should be eaiser to recapture.

Which is why I am reluctant to preorder. I don't really care about the helms, but I do care about how much the monthly fee will go up....

I agree, and further.....
An explanation that says what Epic tasks are would be good, and what the accolade does should be posted in the forum (if it was, I have missed it).
As mentioned before, a list of accolades should be provided, and MOST importantly, you should be able to visit someone, like the City Rep, and when you talk to them, they should give you a list of accolades and what is required to gain them, IN GAME, so other players can find this info without having to read an outside source.

Well, Jack is now saying that there will be "rewards" for playing level 50s.....they just made the change before the rewards were ready because they wanted everyone upset now, rather than later.
Not sure if I buy it, or if I agree with the decision if it is true, but it is not going to make me quit. Not really going to make me want to raid Hami more than one time a week, until the code to let them ++ goes live.
Good luck on the new Guide (to the guide maker) it will be needed!

Hmmm, well, to have to go what you have gone though to get the six hami-os, and the level you have reached, the damage does not seem out of line to me and the area of effect seems fine.
Sounds like a horrid situation....for the BAD guys (haha), but AoE attacks can do that. Yours is just the best.

I don't see Knockout Blow (KoB) in your build......let me urge you to take it, take it early as you can. It will be your Alpha Strike.
Also, as a Fighting pool tanker, let me urge you to REPEC into the fighting pool. You do not need both TI and Tough, so repecing into it in your 40's is a much better way to go.

I have enjoyed all the missions and the Hess/Burkholder's Bane task force.
I do wish that the Moonfire taskforce had:
A) A badge.
B) An AV that was not able to unlimitedly heal herself every 3-4 min.

Sorry, I am not seeing where you got that Idea at all (I could be blind.....) Like defenses stack, but a mixed attack (fire/smashing) will be defended by the higher of your defenses. If you had 45% Smashing and 20% fire defense, and are attacked with something that does both Smashing and Fire, it will have a resistance of 45% applied, not 65% (the combination of Smashing and Fire defence.)
This does not seem to impact stacking of a like defense at all.....and I imagine that there would be a huge outcry if that happened.

The Winter Lord Event was flat out the best event they have run so far. Perfect? No. Best? Yes.
The debt anyone gets from a bad team gets my sympathy for the FIRST death. Anything after that....it is all on the player. Leave. Start a new team. Do a different mission. After all....it is just a game.

I have had that happen to me as well. I thought that perhaps a setting to Lock, and Unlock buttons would be good, so when set on Lock, they could not be changed, and when on unlock, they could be.

More Ranks (1-10) that let us have different responsibilites, and the option to go with just the three that we have.
An inactive list that is different than the 75 active slots. After 60 days offline, you are automatically put into Inactive Status. If you return, any leader may Reactivate you. If they don't, you can quit or remain on the Inactive roster.
Team Uniform- Or, at least an option team Uniform Item, like a Visor, Helmet, Shoulder Pad, or belt.
Team special power/Gadget- Paid for by the SG, these gadgets give a low level power/temp power for use. (Thinking Legion Flight Rings)
Insp and enhancement bank.
Mass transist device-Quin Jet, or T-Porter, that lets you go to any Zone from the Base (expensive to buy and maintain) -

Rage can be balanced by a slight end cost at the end of the power (-10 or so) and about half the amount of stun it turns out now.
Converting Rage to build up would need all of SS to be adjusted upwards to compensate for the damatically decreased damage, and yes...damage is important to a tanker.

Another Adventure player...amazing (Aberrant too). And, is that a Six String Samuri I see on your char. list? You are no doubt the king of Vegas....
It would be cool to have "The Champions Guys" or "The Aberrant guys" open a "portal" to Paragon City as well....but that might be too specialised.
I would love to see a Comics Company agree to have Cryptic do their "line" as well.

Pulp, mixed with Horror (Lovecraft) and Sci-Fantasy (Burroughs/Howard, etc) could work, with an option for a straight "Chandler" experience too.
Hope to see it, even if it is just a small "add on world" to Paragon City.

BTW, while I do have my share of complaints about the issue (not quite 100 pages worth...) I do want to say thanks for some of the new graphics, art, and content that you did ad.
I agree with 90% of the changes and additions, and I think the Crytic team worked very hard to make that happen.
Naturally, I reserve the right to complain about the other 10% (and I hope you would not want it any other way.)

From what I read (and I could be wrong...)....Monsters will still be the same. It is Giant Monsters (Named) that will have the change......
Not sure if that will effect the stuff on Monster Island though....

This was perhaps the best news I had all day....as I have been wondering where my Laser Beam eyes are for quite some time.
If we take these powers instead of the other power we could at 41st level, I am going to miss Hurl, Rest. Energies, Rest Fire and perhaps Whirlwind on my Tanker....I can live with that.
As for Doom.........I simply sing it to Monty Pythons "Spam"....
