Sorry, I got lost on step 1, "Go." Go where?
Could someone tell me what zone Skuls are found in? Are they on Striga or something? You see, I used Winterlords to PL myself to 41 in 15 minutes, and now I don't have the slightest clue where anything is.
Also, where can I buy powerpools?

I just have one question:

4) Rest
5) Kill more Skuls
6) Rest again
7) Kill even more Skuls
8) Rest yet again
9) Go to 3 and repeat.

This is a very common problem and, unfortunately, the only way to solve your problem is to delete your character and start again. This time, after you enter your character's name, make sure you click "No" when asked "Enter tutorial zone?". Clicking "Yes" will severly gimp you since that will prevent you from killing skuls.

I would Hunt. Kill Skuls. Go. and things never worked out for me. My wife left me, my supergroup dropped me, and my car was always breaking down.
Now, thanks to this guide, my wife has returned, I've formed MY OWN Supergroup (with nothing but hot models), and I've gotten Fly, the Safest Travel Power™.
