Ok so I dual box on my rig and use the command line after the direct link to coh.exe -uskin 2 -proeject coh -fullscreen 0 -maxactivefps 2
Would I place this in the extra command parameters of the ncsoft launcher for city of heroes?
Man if that doesn't work ncsoft will have to kiss my other accts sub goodbye. -

Honestly your biggest problem is its a tank and not a brute. What's a tanks damage cap 350%, where as a brute is at 675%. Its not that you can't still farm but efficiency can be thrown out the door. Are you using and keeping at least a luck up at a time? Another question are you ticket farming? Because if you are its perhaps smarter to just tone down the difficulty to reach the ticket cap for that mission.

The market is always changing so its hard to nail the correct recipes. It depends on how much you want to make. If you only have 3000 tickets than sale 26 to 40 arcane and tech salvage. On my low level toons I'll sale unique rare salvage till they can score better bronze since they can't hold much for recipes.

As for the build, if you replace the purple sets with regular ones (Armageddon with Obliteration, Unbreakable Constraint with Basilisk's Gaze, and Absolute Amazement with Stupefy) it becomes a not to expensive build that should be manageable by most, while losing only a few recharge points (198% - 187%).
I guess by expensive for the "casual" gamer if the build besides AE drops costs b/t 1.2 to 2 billion its expensive. With AE drops my most expensive purchases was the gambler recharge and the miracle +recovery and all total it was about 300 million. That's what I consider cheap and I know buying those purples, recipes only, is about 30 million +. -

The fastest I can get my SS/Fire brute (and he has about 200% recharge) to run that map is 4:30-4:40. Most runs are about 5 minutes because of chasing after the stragglers. It does take me close to 30 seconds to run in, destroy both ambush objects, and position myself in the center before I start attacking.
Here's a video of my brute running that farm. This also shows pretty much no gap between the AoEs (BL-FS-Burn-Fences)

I just can't understand why a dead horse has to be beaten over and over about raising of tanker damage cap? Its like a kid whining until he/she gets their way.
Wasn't the thread about discussing the new tanker powersets? -
My logic has always been go granite as a tank and fiddle fart the other armors as a brute. Build your granite for speed as best as you can and tank. The days of farming with granite died when burn was reborn and the AE welcomed its rebirth.

Frankly I'd be happy if it wasn't impressive, allows only the dedicated to take it on. I've never been overly impressed with ice melee but ice has its advantages. Maybe porting it to the tank will dumb it down to the point where general pop feel sorry and invite you to their teams. Ice/MA sounds like a sick combo now that I think of it, of course so would stone/ma. (I have a feeling stone/MA will be like a stone/claws only in a test phase) -
What if they increased the magnitude of the tank's taunt? Double of what it currently is but not to the scale of the old "Hollows" herding days. Being able to hold twice the amount of aggro may be of a benefit to a team. Of course pre-IOs I made a tank for soloing the highest difficulty but not so much now.

Well just because incarnates have given more to brutes and scrappers I don't think that it calls for adjustments to tanks damage cap. We still get lore pets to help out damage, plus when did tanks start crying on the picket line?
Anyways I look forward to an sr/ma tank. I finally get to make batman's hybrid from another universe. -
Personally I love my em/elec brute for some mayhem in the RWZ. Despite the long animation in ET I still dig the set. It takes a special love for the set. And yes an tank with em needs to "love" the set. Mine is still 42 and I started him in 2005.

That being said, there's a nice synergy with Kinetics insane recharge and being able to drop your Tier 9 nuke frequently. With 2 other Speed Boosts on me I was at 320% recharge last night. I don't have a single LOTG slotted. But I am at 41% recharge with my IO sets. With how often DP finds itself in melee or near melee situations, Kin seems like a good match.
Did I read that right re-roll a dp/kin @ incarnate level, meaning deletion? -
It would be nice to know if we'll be able to purchase very rare or purple receipts with our points.

Sorry didn't read all the "hate" but do / sign this. I don't see this as a problem since majority of MMO's and a few RPG' s (torchlight, dragonage, and fable series) allow for a companion to go sell "junk" to the vendor. I'm sure if torchlight devs can code it then surely the devs here could give a option for it in the settings.

I agree with the either keep account active or even bookkeeper_jay idea of one or two. Maybe take the same direction as character unlocks.

PVP in this game is sad, always has been. I don't think a powerset change that was to benefit pvp ever did any good to pump up the zones. Only times it actually was fun was during the first times rounding up signature heroes and villains as a huge horde in RV. Granted this was only on the champion server and not virtue/freedumb.
Nowadays pleasing the pvp crowd is an after thought, kinda like energy transfer. -
I've tried stone/fire and used a combo of fault + burn + Tremor + stone fist/stone mallet/heavy mallet/Seismic Smash for clean-up. I believe once you cross out ss/claws/db pretty much any melee can run for the money. I wished at times they would turn total focus into a PBAoE damage.

I know I must be 'wrong' since it IS Mace but, for the life of me, I can't see why farming wouldn't be a reason to roll a Mace (scary). -
I guess we'll see when it happens. I mean folks were all smarty-pants on the "this game will never have FTP" and look what just got announced. They have to draw in the subs and what better way to do it then unleash the unexpected!

I tried it out on my claws/ fire grak some but my slotting wasn't prepared for it. I had the diff at +1/x8 of course with TOs. I faired better with the other one: 503858 (?) since it was all fire. I think had I built for res it would've went better. I'll have to try it with my claws/sr and see how he does.
