So individuals can be in any zone, but a team or league must all be in the same zone. That's way the incarnate stuff usually forms up in a designated zone, like RWZ.

No, there's a Bat Aura, which you chooser at a Tailor. And there's a costume change emote which you access with the command line:

/cce 0 CCMurderOfCrows

I usually bind these to a key on the keyboard. To bind the above costume change emote to Alt-C, use:

/bind alt+c cce 0 CCMurderOfCrows

That's a zero sitting by itself there on both of those lines, not the letter 'O'. Use a different number other than zero to change to a different costume slot.

When you Frankenslot, you're not totally ignoring the set bonuses, though. Often, you have a desireable set bonus after 4 or 5 slots. Then you frankenslot the remaining slots for some other enhancement: hold time, or endurance reduction, or damage, or whatever.

You're not totally ignoring set bonuses, your just going after the one's you want, and then frankenslotting the rest.

Other than Mind Link in a fortunata, which I slot for recharge and nothing else, I can't think of any powers that I *just* frankenslot. I just slot for enhancement after I get the set bonus I want.

Doesn't anyone know what the costume change emote is for the first one? /CCFlockOfRavens or something? I didn't see it on Paragon Wiki.

You should be getting them on your billing date. I.e., if you are normally billed on the 24th, they'll show up then.

However, there seems to be some problems. I think my billing date is the 8th but my points didn't show up until the 15th or so. So I think right now no one is sure. You might want to confirm your billing date on your account page. In a pinch, you might have to buy some points and then use the freebie points on something else, if you want the costumes sooner rather than later.

When did you pay, exactly? I assume it might take a couple of hours for the servers to be notified. Do you have some tokens to spend to open slots? I don't know exactly how the transition to VIP works. If you do they should be listed on your server character selection screen.

Also, I see your join date is 2005. So you are likely Premium, not free. And any Premium can join an SG, so there's something fishy going on here. PEBCAK? Or some kind of bug unrelated to your payment status?

Go to your server's forum (here on these CoH forums), say "Hi" and ask about global channels. You'll likely have several choices. Join a few, and get to know the folks on the channels. You'll find teams soon enough.

Other ideas: You CAN look for new players when you're on a team. There's a magnifying glass icon on one of the buttons. Click that to open the search dialog. If you can't find it, then the /search command is always available, even if you are not the team leader.

The help channel works almost as well as global channels for teaming. Use that in the meantime.

It sounds like you have a team with your fiance already, but in general the best way to find teams is to make them. In the 20's, Sister Psyche is a popular Task Force. Try getting a team together for that.

Also, keep an eye on the Weekly Strike Target. When it's a TF in your level range, concentrate on that. It will give you better rewards (usually double) and you'll have better luck finding folks who want to team. Also, use the badges pages of Paragon Wiki http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Hero_Accomplishment_Badges to find good arcs that other people might be interested in. You can always Flashback to run these, but some folks like to run them "live" too. You might have slightly better luck with finding teams for those missions.

And lastly, it does help if you make some friends in your level range. There's a couple of groups I seem to team with more than others, all of whom are trying to level characters in the same range as I am.

Yes, ignoring the whole "cigarettes are icky" part, at least a "no" is called for. Especially in context, this is not someone walking up to strangers on a street, but a few players in a game excluding another player for no reason.

PUGs are a normal in this game, and I'd like to suggest the role players would be best served by having the same policy. New folks should be are welcome until they make an effort to be unwelcome.

Right. If there wasn't a *benefit*, people wouldn't be complaining about the lack of a solo path.

Personally, I don't understand the solo path argument at all. It's an MMORPG. You play with other people. Even if you prefer to do most things solo, what is the harm in teaming occasionally with your fellow players? Do we smell bad? Are we that rude? I don't think so.

All Trials are now so "owned" by the players you could probably just tag along and not do anything, no one would mind or even notice. Teaming on a trial doesn't even require effort any more.

Esp. on a Widow you should not be having any problems. What enemies are you fighting? Malta? Carnival of Shadows? And what is your slotting in those toggles, in your attacks and in Stamina itself?

Bots/ with /FF, /Traps, /Storm and /Dark is very strong. I'd agree that demons might be a little scary and bots are at least not "real people" like Mercs or Thugs or Ninja are. Bots prob the best for a kid.

The comic covers are base items. You can make posters that you place on the walls of your base. I think you have to choose "place personal item" in the pop up in the entry room of your base, but it's been a while and I'm not sure.

The free tailor tokens show up just to the right of your Inf cost when you change your costume. Click on the button that says "Use Free Tailor Token".

Stamina is free, and you have to slot it as usual. Add slots as you level up, or during the normal respec process. Four slots in Stamina by level 50 is the new gold standard for slotting Stamina. Three as usual and one for the Performance Shifter proc.

I don't think that should happen. I was pretty sure they got all those "kicked for being in wrong zone" bugs fixed. Maybe some else should confirm this is a bug, but I thought all of those issues had been removed.
