However, if you make a pre-formed team or league, all of them must be in the same zone before you can put your team or league in the Queue.
So individuals can be in any zone, but a team or league must all be in the same zone. That's way the incarnate stuff usually forms up in a designated zone, like RWZ.

I am just a little skeptical, as apparently no one on my server uses the queue, or it's broke, as it never works. Okay once it worked, but that's out of about 10 tries.
Obviously location is confirmed, and I know you can tell by clicking on people what morality they are, but most people probably still eyeball it using the AT symbols, which don't mean anything now.
One time it didn't work even when I queued up with allow event in progress after I knew for a fact a 7 person team had entered. Oh well.

When you enter the queue for the Halloween mission, who else is in the queue?
Is it only other folks in the same zone as yourself, or is it drawn from the entire server?
Would you therefore need to be in a higher population zone in order for a team to fill out or could you be in the Shadow Shard and get on a team just as fast?
