Maybe I'll have to try, but the jester cap is not available as far as I know. I've done Paragon protector and Tsoo, but never tried carnies.

As for the legality of it: Could it be one of those "disguise" missions?

So I was in the middle of the faultline story arc, all the way at the back in the hazard zone, when a boss managed to defeat me... When you're playin regen, sometimes you guess wrong I guess. So I went to my base to pick up somethings and drop off salvage. When I exited my base, I was in faultline, and I thought "wOW! neat, shorter walk." So I start to walk, and I see a contact, so I click on him, and it turns out he is my police band contact. So I activate superspeed.. and hit a wall. I change directions, and hit a wall. I find out I am IN a building. When I click the door of the building, it says "you cannot enter". I see some enemies on the other side of the building, so I go attack them just as another hero does. I WAS ABLE TO ATTACK!!! The other hero must have seen a broadsword swooshing out of the wall.

So I moved around and clicked stuck a number of times, but to no avail. Fortuntely, since I have G vs. E, I used my pocked D teleporter to escape.

Ever happen to anyone else?

When I go nova, there's still two remaining Devouring Earth bosses that chuckle and then proceed to introduce my hero's face to a radical pummeling and an opportunity to use my HMO copay on the teleport to the hospital.

We were running the Air Pirate Strike force today, and our Thugs MM was having trouble with Gang War. I watched him use it over and over and over again, but it only worked once, the first time. This was the last mission of the strike force. It worked in the ship, but not out on the peir, on the other ships, or anywhere else Dulay was. I don't really know how he had this slotted, but it definately made things harder not having use of that power.

As a controller with clarity, I originally had my teammate type zzz if she was mezzed. On a big team that meant the following would happen:

1) Teammate types zzz
2) I look over at the teammate to find her name on the team menu.
3) Click on the teammate name
4) Type 'f' to follow

Sometimes this would take a moment, especially if I was heavily in the throws of other actions.

So, I did 8 keybinds: left shift + numkey[1-8] = select teammate #, follow, clarity.

Thus, when teammate number 4 got mezzed, all I had to type was left shift and 4. Instead of telling my mates to type "zzz", I simply asked them to type their number if they got mezzed.

The new and improved scheme became:
1) Teammate types number, i.e. '3'
2) I type shift + numpad 3

I use this with the number pad on my Kin... Hitting 1-8 speed buffs them, and hitting shift and number pad uses increased density. ONly problem is you usually have to do it twice to target then cast.

My answer would have been PVE if it had been an option.

How about making Increased density last longer? Maybe? My numberpad fingers are getting sore from recasting it so often.

I have NEVER had defiance kick in when I had more than 10-15% of my HP. If my bar isn't red, there is no defiance.

Have you played a burn tanker after level 35? You can't tell me my level 41 tanker can walk into a group, hit burn and expect to kill anything. The regeneration factor is so high in the end game, and enemies have so many hit points if I don't use my attacks, I die, they live.

Hence my suggestion switch Burn and rise of the pheonix.. so by the time you can use burn it does what you want it to do. Or just delete rise of the pheonix.

My worry is not for the early game. That should be fine. There were times on Bastion and Sister psyche that I would run into a mob and do nothing but hit burn. My other powers really didn't come into play all that often.

Now that I'm level 40 however, things change. I can drop one, two, sometimes 3 burn patches on an enemy, while using fire sword circle, fire sword, greater fire sword, even scortch to take them down. People talk about how destructive burn is, and from levels 18-30, they are right. At higher levels, it accentuates my collection of attack powers and helps, but it does not destroy enemies like it used to. Couldn't we just make it a higher level power? Switch it with rise of the pheonix, I use that almost never.

I was trying the steps in this guide, but then they didn't seem to be working. I kept killing and killing, no results. Then I realised what the problem was. I was killing Helions! When I started going, hunting and killing skuls, everything worked fine. Thank you guidemaker!

I was flying around the rooftops of kings row searching for cot with only hover, so It had been like 45 minutes, and someone broadcast from the ground "there are cot everywhere! I can't move without hitting one". I practically fell out of the sky, but explained that I was looking for them, where was he. He teamed me, killed one (i only needed one more) then quit the team. It was nice, so I knowwhat you're saying there!
