Hey everyone, we've obviously learned a lot from just one day of this program. We're making a few more tweaks to it to accommodate those of you who aren't available during our normal business hours and also so we can live within Twitter's limitations.
Starting at 10AM PDT, we'll post an image of 15 codes for an in-game item (redeem it at www.plaync.com). This will go on until 10PM PDT. For those of you counting at home, that's 12 hours of codes, 30 codes an hour for a total of 360 codes. This is more codes than we were able to distribute last week due to Twitter's direct message limit of 250/day. This also will allow us to actually interact with our Twitter followers more and post other interesting stuff like pictures of Zwillinger's hat vault and maybe even video from the day's frisbee match.
Yes, there will be some trial and error involved, but with this number of codes going out, hopefully we'll get everyone involved.

At least all your fans has a decent chance of getting the code last week and you had more control on how many times a person got a code (though maybe not perfect). 250 per day? That is fine, if a fan did not get it right away, at least they got it later.
With this image crap, sorry, it is worse then before. It is just going to piss people off, the same way hoping on the server and giving out codes that have slim to no chance of the majority of people getting.
I made a twitter account just for you guys. This feels like a slap in the face. I know you are trying to do good by the community, but this image crap just angers me. . . mainly, because, I never get a decent chance a the code.
At least with the twitter method you had, fans had a chance fair chance the code. -
I am so seeing this as well. I just added an exception to it though. The other problem I am having though, cannot seem to be able to log into my master account.

Ì had do a few adjustments, but so far, its been great for me. Rather have it then not. But an option for those who do not want it, I guess couldn't hurt. But I cannot imagine not having it myself. It beats manually putting up trays for my other forms like I have been doing before.

Its generally well known that copyright is now broken, abused, and no longer serves its original intent and purpose. Its out of control and no longer meaningful. Many works should have been in public domain, yet is being held back by unrealistic terms of time and harming the growth of our culture. Mainly by copyright and patent trolls.
This problem is just a taste of how stupid it has become. -
Super Packs can go away and be forgotten. I hate the system for it, the randomness, the gambling aspect of it. I do not want anything it because I want it to go away.

Personally? I loathe non-kheldian characters with kheldian AT. So many other ATs to do non-kheldian concepts with and do it better. But really, its up to you how you want to role play it. I just really dig the lore of the AT and find it a shame that it is not taken advantage of by the player of an AT that does not play a kheldian as a kheldian.

I also like the costume set, but not going through the hoops of Super Packs to get them. Nor do I support or like the concept of Super Packs. It is not a path I am willing to go down on, for many reasons already stated in this thread, it is a bad idea. It makes me question whether I want to continue being a VIP Subscriber.

Beta has Titan Weapons in the market, you have to purchase it before it will show up in character creation. It says 800pp in the main window, but once you get to the checkout window it says 0pp. -

I am usually quite supportive of this, one of my favorite games, but.. 480 PP for.. each costume? I have to agree with the nay-Sayers on this one. I like neat things like that, but not for that price. Feel sorry for those who paid $20 a pop for one.

Praetorian Hamidon is what he is because the people in that dimension decided tactical nukes was the only way to stop him. Obviously it didn't work, and because of Emperor Cole's actions, Hamidon was allowed to flourish unfettered outside the sonic fences. In Primal Earth, Hamidon was more subtle, and had the advantage of a Rikti Invasion to distract superpowered folks. He has less raw materials to work with and space to be in, since Primal didn't nuke the place, so he's still in a less-evolved state, and now that the Rikti threat is at semi-controlled level due to there being a Vanguard group to watch them, heroes can focus more attention to Hami, which also keeps him from advancing as fast as Praetorian Hami has.
Its the mystery that keeps us spellbound and the our imaginations involved. A form of suspense to keep us thinking on it. Leaving a story on a cliffhanger to keep us staying on the channel and see what happens next.
Its a good bit of write up and I do want to see more. Complements to the chief of this story "Divided We Fall." -

While builds are definitely outdated, the descriptions of powers break down is still spot on. It might be from I8, but its the best out there. Much of which is described there is still apt now. -

1. Action RP - Liberal use of the battle cry short cut key. I do like to kick butt and RP while doing it. I cannot imagine doing missions in any other way with out it feeling repetitive.
2. Immersive RP - It feels wierd not to be in character.
3. Light RP - I have those days where sometimes just in a mood for something comical or not so engrossing . -
