    Well, I sort of agree with the Devs' thinking regarding the end usage on TP. It's very heavy on the end usage (could be slightly less, but should still be the highest) because it's the safest and fastest travel power.

    With 3 slots for range and one slot for end reduction, I would never get beat to a mission. And you can get away in an instant, provided you have enough endurance to do so.

    Agreed on the end cost. Ok, it's the safest travel power. But it's also the slowest to offset that.

    What is the extreme end usage for?

    Sorry, but being able to finish certain missions isn't a QoL fix, unless Q and L mean something entirely different than what I know it to be.

    I could aggro 17 say..underlings. Then kill everything else in the mission one or two or however many at a time. With no threat of death ever as nothing else in the mission would ever attack me more than once per shot of mine.

    For instance, with 17 underlings aggroed on me, I could use fireball exclusivly on every group in the game and they would never get more than 1 attack back. Thus effectivly makeing me immortal.

    Because if they give SR scrappers good Defense AND good Damage mitigation, they'll rarely get into near-death situations.

    Under your system, they've effectively got no penalty because they don't log on unless 20 or more of their buddies are on anyways, so they'll always have the option to get broken out of jail. Now, the broadcast about the jailbreak helps some, but still, you'll wind up with the uberSG's ganking with relatively little fear because they've got the numbers and tactic of the week to fend off the attackers and keep their buddies out of jail.
