  1. I would like to have them myself, but I want the upcoming Fire & Ice set more, and since the Celestial set takes 3 tokens to get a complete costume set I'm betting the F&I will take at least that many so I think I'll have to save my tokens and hope I have enough to get the full F&I set when it comes out. If the Celestial set was released as a purchasable pack I'd likely buy it that way as long as it wasn't some ridiculous amount like 3600 points.

Personally, I often don't care about the 'fame', alignment points, or 'making the newspaper bigger'... I just like the Tip missions and would like to continue doing them without having to wait. I would prefer it if the rewards had a cooldown but not the missions.

I don't see why the death of the 'real' Statesman should affect your holographic Statesman or your holodeck missions.
  4. Sometimes I'd like to just be able to keep getting and doing Tip missions even if it didn't count towards getting my moral choice mission.

Also, I think we should have a way to get the villain epic powersets blueside without switching back and forth.

In which case they should have just deep-sixed the feature. Or compromised and made it so that there was always at least one random slot open in a league. Given the choice of killing the unique usefulness of a feature due to complaints or preserving the unique usefulness of a feature due to complaints, the latter is the better option.
  8. Can't you run them at the same time? I thought they were only incompatible with the jumping powers.

Even if your machine can do all this in 30 seconds, I'd wager a bet it's not going to gain you more than a handful of seconds.
If it can take just 1 second less it renders null the notion that bypassing the countdown is any sort of exploit.

You can log to the desktop without the countdown, which is apparently working as intended. Ergo logging out sans countdown is hardly an exploit.

You can think that if you like. When I bother to respond to their broadcasted LFMs, though, I get invited (provided I've remembered to take myself out of the queue, since being in the queue nonsensically prevents being invited). But doing so depends on far less convenient things than just being in the queue, ergo it'd be nice if people weren't actively destroying said convenience, particularly in the case of the DfB trial which depends less on team construction for success than the iTrials.

It's not impossible at all. Indeed, I join the LFG queue solo all the time and even manage to get into events from time to time despite the plethora of jerks pre-forming teams before queueing in. Forming a full team before queueing makes the queueing system pointless - it may as well just be a TF contact if people are going to do that.
  13. I was thinking the sections outlined in red on the maps would only be temporarily reclaimed.

I like the idea of reclaimed areas still having some enemies that are non-aggressive until attacked, though.
  14. Each zone of the city is divided into sections. I think it'd be neat if there was a police officer contact in each of these sections that you could click on and start a "Take Back the City/Take Back Neighbourhood X" mission. This would essentially be a street sweeping mission to defeat x number of enemies in that section, the completion of which would phase that neighbourhood/section into a crime free zone controlled by the PPD.

There could be badges for cleaning up an entire zone in this fashion, and it would give one a sense of making headway in the war against crime.
  15. I like how it calls a 1.89% resistance bonus "Huge".
  16. I've never heard of it. Which means that if I do see it, it'll probably be later on TV or Netflix.
  17. I appreciate the character creation/customisation and how it has continually been developed over the years.

I more often hate it when you are supposed to kill a boss in that room and it considers every single enemy in that room to be part of the boss' spawn so instead of just beating the boss and the few cronies immediately surrounding him you have to pick through every nook and cranny in that ridiculous room to find the minion who was making sweet love to a hidden crevice.

And if the Kraken dared show its blobby face in Perez, all it took was the barest mention of it and a couple of teams would quickly spring up to splat it.

All the complaining bossiness plus the annoying voice (the vast ignorance didn't help, either)... I felt the same way about Donna at first. But to me that just made the character's development into someone I liked all that much better.

And I really like Amy and Rory, but it already felt like they were on their way out the door to me. If one or both of them don't die (or lose their past with the Doctor), I don't think them 'leaving' could really be 'heartbreaking' to me at this point.
  22. It doesn't really explain why she's crippled, but it certainly beats you about the head and shoulders with the reason she's named Hel. And it seems a bit forced to me, but that could be due to it being excised from its natural context.
  23. When the animal pack came out there was a fair outcry for feathered pieces that went unheeded. Which is to say that there isn't a good way to do feathers. You can try to fake it with leaf bits, but it's not very good.
  24. It's like Shadowmere in wolf form. The horse version is more useful, because it kills dragons.
