what like squal's sword in final fanstasy 8? (i think that righ)

well actually it could work for scrappers if the gun set was a epic and the sword would be katana or broad sword i mean look at the at NPC spark blade

i've been looking through base details and such and i think they should add the following:
a pool table
a seperate computer
club style lights
a actualy bar set (stools, the bar itself etc)
and some other things that i can't remember

well they can do what they do on character creator and say ya can't have it it's taken. but other than that it a great idea i like it

Background & Structure:New York City, 5 years before the first rikti war. Tenshi Yami and his team "The Gaijins", they are just about to strike a Council hideout. The Gaijins leader Night-Eagle asks if anyone has a plan for the attack and Tenshi steps forward and says "i could go in the front with mind-heal and the rest take the sides and back". Night-Eagle replies "OK lets go with that.....i just hope it works."

Tenshi grins as he pulls his mask down "oh it will." they all wait till night and ready their selves for a big fight. Then night arrives and they move in. as Tenshi uses his Chi blasts to "open" the front door the other burst in through the windows and back-door.

A hour after they enter the police arrive and find all the council members in cuffs and knocked out cold. 5 years later as The Gaijins were in a massive fight with arachnos then the sky changed colour and hundreds of lights appear. Suddenly The Rikti attacked, arachnos retreated as their commander said "you can deal with this tights hahaha!", other heroes appear with The Gaijins at the front. Night-Eagle once again asked his team for a plan and Tenshi stepped forward with his biggest plan yet he said that the melee heroes go on the front with the healers and ranged in support with the new heroes go to help the civilians get to safety.

As the battle covered New York the army were finally deployed to help. The Gaijins now in the thick of the fight. Tenshi, Hell-Fire and Divine Fist getting in the faces of any rikti that came close with the others giving them cover.

After weeks of fighting things got bad the most powerful of the Rikti troops were moving in and heroes were falling hard and fast The Gaijins and it's current sister group the Nightmares were fighting hard but losing alot of ground. The Nightmares had just arrived from a meeting in Hawaii. but already they lost 3 members. They were eventually told to get to safety while The Gaijins held them off a choice they would regret.

When The Nightmares were safe Night-Eagle said "who has our final plan together...anyone?" and Tenshi said "yeah...we show these aliens who they are dealing with" then he shouts so it will be heard across New York "FOR GLORY AND HONOR!!" then he charged straight into the Rikti forces, while the rest of the team looked at each other and shrugged. Divine Fist said "if we gonna die might aswell do it fighting" then the rest agreed.

they fought and fought but in the end it was hopeless already Night-Eagle was killed cut straight in two across the waist along with his brother Night-Hawk. after hours of fighting several members were killed with only Tenshi, Divine fist, Hell-Fire and Mind-Heal alive but suddenly Mind-Heal is killed in a hail of laser fire. causing Tenshi to lose control and transform into his Demon form and destroy the rikti around him. right in the middle of his blitzkrieg a broken steel column thrown straight throw his chest and pinning him to some rubble. Hells-storm and Divine Fist are just about to run when suddenly they hear a low growl from Tenshi's corpse he suddenly pulls himself along and off the steel column. slowly walking towards the rikti as his wound heals only mumbling "Those who threaten freedom will suffer the ultimate debt" over and over again he mumbles this advancing towards the massing rikti when suddenly they being to retreat. Tenshi in his demon form says "hey Kaleb you wanna take over the fight has ended" it turned out to be Tenshi's demon side named Lou. As he returned to normal he walks over to his fallen allies and picks up Mind-heal body and says to the others "you two wanna help me here?" they both said "sure!". Hell-Fire asked "so where we taking them?" and Tenshi replied "A proper grave".

After they arrived at the human camp they decided to go their separate ways Tenshi going to Paragon city the worst hit by the rikti and help with the rest of the war while Hell-Fire stays and help in New York and Divine Fist decides to go to the Far East and help there.

Now the Gaijins have been reformed in Paragon city, NYC and the Far East.

the is not really a rank structure everyone has a say and leads the SG in their own way

tbh i just made that backstory taking parts from the trilogy i've been writing for about a year and also i didn't read The Preist backstory then.

gotta say MA/regen is a great scrapper decent damage and if you enhance the regen enough your nearly unstoppable

i'm currently working on a claws/invun scrapper and it really good so far

i know that but the fact is that certain RPers hold grudges for nearly a year just for one mistake i made when i was a noob in the art of roleplaying but i've got my main on there have alook if you want. and the RPers know who they are

same i wanna know what powers they'll get cos i know rose star has invunrability and sparky has katana, super reflexes, gun and lightning epics from reading up on them

i like the powerset ideas and the memorial idea but instead of RV a rikti war one would tie in better to the backstory of the game (if there is a war memorial correct plz)

well it over, thank god the enternal night thing was just plain annoying seeing as all my main toon's cossie are dark especially during a cossies comp. But thanks for the help guys

yeah true was just a random idea i got nevermind though

this came to me while fighting some crey agents. How about a agent powerset for masterminds they look simlar to crey agent with similar powers to the Infiltrators and Vigilant but as you up grade them they get more powers like for example the infiltrators gain eagle's claw and dragon's tail and the vigilant ones gin total focus and whirling hands but you also get a invun/ss tank one as the brusier style agent and he gains unstoppable later along with unyeilding and temp invunrability and gets knockout blow, hand clap and hurl

i dunno if it a good idea but it a suggestion

even though you can't enter the tiki lounge without a VIP gold card that kinda pointless blocking the TP powers and about greifing i find it more annoying when someone comes in with something like nightfall on so why don't they block those powers

with the clown car idea don't think that'll work cos posi (the dev no the npc) has a fear of clowns don't he

well cpmuter programes are getting quiet smmal i mean my dad just got WoW battle pack and that on 2 DvD and that game on teh normal version need 5 disk to instal it so ya never know lets hope

True so why upgrade it and the graphic this may be abit off subject but i'm sick of the old GTA fingers i mean the grphics now are much better so why don't they just upgrade them

one question that has proberly gone around is this handbook thing just for roleplaying characters or any type of character?
