  1. I honestly find my SM/WP brute to be one of the toughest characters I have. Easily one of the most fun characters I have.
Warmace is also a good primary.
  2. It was definitely fun. I look forward to running an all MM BAF or a +3 or 4 ITF.
    Maximum carnage.
  3. Well, it all depends on what you consider expensive. How much is expensive to you?
EA, SD and SR are probably the easiest to easy to cap to all damage/positions.
    What primary are you considering?
Just remember that the market isn't the only place you can get IOs from.
Stone gives the best all around protection but you sacrifice Mobility, recharge and damage.
Inv can be softcapped. It is a good mix of defense and resistance
Elec gives good all round resistance to most damage typed and capped Energy resistance. It maybe hard reach the defense soft cap.
  4. Sounds good. I should be on and Ill join.
  5. This one section I hardly come into. Ive never posted in this forum until now. I honestly cant justify the need for this forum. I think the individual forums were enough to post builds. Theres just too much stuff in here. If I want to look at Brute builds, Im better off going into the brute section.
  6. Im up for any all MM event. I have a level 50 MM and one at 44. I could also start a new MM to join a superteam and on server.
  7. I have no problem generating enough fury on mines. In the lower levels not having enough attacks and the long recharge times can suck at times.

I also created new characters using totally new abilities and newly purchased costume pieces. All without any problem. I have recommended it to most of my friends.
    Agreed.

I must be one of the lucky ones. I'm not running into that many issues to affect my game play experience. Overall, I think the Devs are doing a good job.
  9. I have a Street Justice at 50 and currently working on Titan Weapon toon at 23.
    I would recommend both.
  10. I agree with Aett_Thorn.
Also, since Elec is resistance based and brutes can reach a higher level resistance is another reason to go brute with Elec.
  11. My Thug/Dark does well on all trials except LAM. I think LAM is the least friendly for Masterminds. All the others work fine for MMs.,
  12. Though I do not have a stalker, I am really glad to hear of the improvements coming. My first ever villain created was a Ninja Blade/Nin, which i just could not get into. I hope with the changes coming I may give Stalkers a second look.
  13. Sounds pretty cool so far. Is this suppose to come out in i22?
  14. I have not deleted a level 50 and dont think I could.I think the highest toon I have deleted was a level 24 MM. I do have some level 50 characters that dont see much action such as my level 50 SS/Stone brute. I originally made this character to tank the LRSF when it was new and hard. With the LRSF being easier in modern times, that brute has not been played in 2 years.

I have a level 44 Ninja/Traps MM that has been suck at that level for 2 years, but he is on a server that I dont play on much. Traps is awesome but Ninjas die so easily.

Thats exactly what I was thinking.
  16. Sounds like a good idea.
  17. I also only use the Chance for Build Up from the purple sets. On my Thug/Dark. I have it in the enforcers.
  18. That sucks. I was hoping for something else. Kinda pricey
  19. My EM/Elec Brute has been stuck in the late 30s for a long long time and has not been played. Im lucky if I see a EM toon nowadays. The very very few I see are old characters from EM's glory days. I havnt seen any new characters with EM recently.

This should raise a flag about the set.
  20. Spines/Fire is good but the mobs running may get annoying.

    So... spines...

I think the reason why Spines may not be as popular now is because nowadays Scrappers have so many options to choose from comparing to years ago. And also Claws is available to Brutes while Spines isnt. Spines/Regen was once very popular. I have a Spines/Fire. Sometimes the mobs running gets very annoying.

    Speed or Mo?

I agree whoever is starting a TF/Trial should tell exactly what they are doing. If they do decide to change what they are doing, they should check with the team and just impose what they want to do. The leader should have consulted with the team.

I guess sometimes in this game you got to be as flexible as possible though. Sometimes the other team members may decide to switch things up. Not only that there are times when things take longer that normal.
