Actually, it isn't. At least not that I've found. There are some sounds that are similar, like at the entrance of some missions, but aren't changed by my glowie sound replacement.

But annoying they can me. I replaced my with Homer Simpson saying "he he". It's very annoying and very easy to hear. But I like it that way, it gets me to hit the glowies asap.

For what it's worth, here's mine. But as I said, it's very annoying.

He's been leeching at rikti mothership raids with xp turned off. There's a bug where you can get the 10 vanguard merits reward when someone plants a bomb even if you don't have the Member of Vanguard Badge.

Then, after the thread has fallen back about 20 pages, they will then post a one or two word response, bringing it back to the front page. There will be a bunch of posts about the necropost and stop trolling and who made you the necropolice before the thread is finally locked down and left to pass on, gaining much needed rest.

Or so I imagine.

Well, you could start at the enemy group you're interested in and then click the "What Links Here" link on the left, under "Toolbox". There'll be a lot extra but it will include zones and missions that include that faction.

Hmmm... Using the wiki's DPL (Dynamic Page List) extension, it probably wouldn't be to hard to work up the info.

My experience differs then. For me, these 18 can only be sold at a loss:
Confuse, Hold, Defense Debuff, Immobilization, Sleep, Slow, ToHit Buff, Stun, Range, Fear, Intangibility, Interrupt, KnockBack, Taunt, ToHit DeBuffs, Run, Fly, Jump

but you can usually (except in the case of mezz and travel) choose one of these 8 to craft instead:
Accuracy, Damage, Heal, Damage Resistance, Defense, Endurance Reduce, Recharge, Endurance Modification

Actually, I can't. Unless I start from a fresh boot, start up mids first before starting up CoH, Mids doesn't work well at all for me when running CoH. Much of the text is blacked out, all popups are black and many of it's windows that I try to open, such as respec helper, are also black. I've had this problem through several different vid cards and a couple different motherboards. Never could figure out why.

I removed that text. It's misleading. You don't need to do either of those things to utilize the alpha slot.

There's a power that affects all characters in Ouro (or Oz as Kitsune Knight put it) that, as a side effect, prevents you from slotting your alpha. Go to any regular zone on you should be able to slot it.

Slight thread jack, does the Pocket D anti-teleport field prevent slotting of the alpha as well?

It's the option to have a completely separate build than your main build. You can use one for teaming and one for solo, one for PvE and one for PvP or use them for anything you might like to. You do have to fill it with enhancements separately than your first build, but other than that, you can do anything you like with it, including ignoring it.

Also, your second build is the same level as your main, but you do have to go to the trainer and level it up in the normal fashion.

I'd suspect that account is just a second account for Sharker_Quint, who's been here for several years.

Reload, you may get a different one. And check carefully, the on notice board ones are all different. I really need to update them, though.
