What email addy do password resets come from?
I've had support emails from support@ncsoft.com (7 March during recent Master Account debacle).
However last year I lost about six months worth because as my email provider said:

If you have the ability to contact your email provider I suggest you do so in case it's the same issue I had. Mine put some of NC's IP addys on a 'clear list'.

I can try and contact the guy who runs my email server, but he's not around right now.
In the meantime, is it possible for someone to do a password reset to confirm what address it actually comes from? Just in case it's as simple to fix as that?

I did a password reset on 7 March. It came from the email address I listed above.

Same address here when I had to deal with the security issue.
As an option, you might get a gmail account to use for the NCSoft stuff. I believe you can tell it to just bounce the emails to your regular email account as well and never have to worry about it. (More Actions->Filter->Forward)

I don't think I can change my email address that things to go without accessing my account to begin with. I doubt that support would be keen on sending my new password to a completely new email account.

When I did mine a few weeks back they just reset my security questions and all communication was over the "support" email address rather than the master account one, for obvious reasons.

Your support account and master account are separate, so you should still be able to login to your support account and change the address from there that support emails goto.

Finally got the email and got it working. The whitelist wasn't functioning properly under some circumstances.
Him: Here we go.
Him: It's only doing that when the remote server has configured either SIDF or DKIM
Him: I'm turning that off. Can you have another message sent automatically, or do you have to ask them to do it?
Dispari: I can do it through their automoated system.
Him: Give it a shot real quick. In theory, your address book should be a whitelist now regardless of if they've implemented SIDF or DKIM.
Dispari: There it is.
Him: Went through?
Dispari: Yup, finally got it and reset my password. Thanks.
Him: Good deal.
Him: they must have added that qualifier option in a recent release, and defaulted it to on.
Thanks for all the help.

I can't access my PlayNC account, because of the new security update blah blah thing. It demanded I change my password. And the emails aren't getting to me.
I filed a support ticket, which does arrive, but they just said "we sent a new email," which still doesn't get to me. I don't know if it's that they just aren't arriving for some reason, or if for some reason the contents trigger my spam filter so hard that they're automatically deleted (which happens once in a blue moon).
I'd like to add the address to my whitelist. I already have support@plaync.com, support@ncsoft.com, noreply@plaync.com, noreply@ncsoft.com, newsletter@ncsoft.com, and newsletters@ncsoft.com on my whitelist. Can anyone tell me what the password retrieval address comes from so I can add it and try again?
