When I23 hit, one of the http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Patch_No...PS]patch notes was
"Fixed flickering when using Inspiration Collector in SG Bases."
I recall checking this out and finding it to be true. Sometime between then and now, though, this patch has come undone and the inspirations now flicker like they used to.
Edit: To be more clear, the "flickering" is what happens when you look in a bin which different types of Present inspirations. Due to the sorting that was added a while back, the Presents would be constantly shifting in the sort order. The patch I linked had fixed that, stabilizing the Presents, but was undone at some point in between then and now. -

Short answer: Nope
Slightly longer answer: You could delete the current character and remake it with zombies. But no, there is no way to change primary or secondary powersets. -

My account renewed last Saturday. I checked my bank account's website and the money has already cleared (it actually cleared on Saturday as the charge was posted by NCSoft almost exactly at midnight on the 18th). I have yet to get my monthly stipend of points, or my Paragon Rewards token. Is this normal? I remember there being a lot of confusion when the system first launched, but I've been getting my points and token on my bill date for some time now. Anyone else have any experience with this? I'm trying to decide if I should initiate the hell of contacting Customer Service or just keep waiting.

Naw, we'd want a complete list of all possible emotes that exist. Make it simple. Anything less invites error.

Except under the stealth listing, there's two bonuses, one which is tagged "Cancel on Attack, HitByFoe, MissionObjectClick", one which isn't. Grant Invisibility doesn't appear to function the same way.

I've come across two different missions now where I can't defeat the elite bosses due to them putting me in a status effect that reads "Only Affecting Self", where I can move around and use Inspirations but can't attack. You should have no problem surviving this situation, because when you're affected by "Only Affecting Self", nothing short of Hamidon can hurt you. What is happening is that you're being placed out of phase. The only way to avoid it is to pop some purples (defense inspirations) before you fight the EB. -

There's also the story from Wired writer Mat Honan which is making the rounds. He made a few mistakes as someone who should know better and lost control of various accounts and even lost irreplaceable pictures of his kids off his computer.

I just used /bind Enter "afk I'm typing$$Startchat$$em laptop" with no problem. Just change "Laptop" to the emote of your choice
