That's the discounted one that never made it to the live servers. The $15 dollar license is still available.

It's also available if you have 8 Paragon Reward Tokens. Since all players start with one and you get a bonus one for purchasing any amount of points you need six more you'd need to buy 7200 points which would cost $80.

Only if you were buying your points $5 at a time (or $15, since the bonus at that level wouldn't be enough to get an extra reward token until your tenth purchase).

The $50 bundle gets you 5 or 6 tokens, depending on how many previous points you had. So by buying a $50 bundle, followed by one or two $5 purchases, you can cut a fair amount off that $80.
EDIT: I totally mathed that wrong. The $50 bundle gets you 3 tokens, with 1000 points towards your next token. two $15 purchases gets you two more bonus tokens and 240 more "banked" points, which gets the 6th with the $80 Adeon said.
If you were to buy the tokens in the $5 or $15 bundles, 7200 would cost $90. I should probably stop trying to do math in my head when tired.
@Roderick
So, with the IO and auction-house 30-day licenses costing $2 (160 points) each, the player who just wants MA access has to subscribe or otherwise shell out a lot more money, and pay for a bunch of other stuff that he doesn't necessarily want, and gets royally hosed. Swell.
Well, you could buy the big pile of points, and then use them to buy 22 months worth of IO and AH licenses.
@Roderick
Is there a Mission Architect 30-day license (or however long) that one can buy in the Market, to be able to run a toon in MA for benefit? I tried searching "license" and got just the AH and Invention licenses. Searching "architect" only came up with the mission-slot offers.
