    As I recall, when weapon customization first came out, the Devs said only weapons that fit the damage type would be considered. So Energy, Electric and Dark would, if weapons were to be added, use maces and fire and ice would, sadly, be unlikely to get a punch animation.

    I believe sometime last year some one (don't recall who) did a /who on all servers for both side, counted the number of characters and got a 60%-40% split. As to why villians have fewer player, as I understand it, its actually a psychological issue. While very few, if any, individuals would refuse to play as the "good" guys, the number who refuse the to be the "bad" guys isn't insignificant.

    Universal Enhancement Slots was from the (in)famous Marketing Servey (as a way to reach a theoretical level 60) which was also the first place we heard hints of power customization, and the possibility of an expansion. BAB has said that some of the features meantioned in the servey have changed or been dropped so we don't know if UES will be part of Going Rogue.

    One of the last times a level cap raise came up Castle said that even if the cap was raised, we wouldn't get more powers or enhancement slots but that he did have ideas for for future advancement, so I'd be shocked if Going Rogue gave us either of those. And while we have been told there are rewards for not switching sides, I highly doubt the post 50 advancement is it.

    I believe Castle has said it is working as intended, giving end to an enemy is kind of a side effect of it being able to grant end to teammates.

    Last I heard they're not even necessarily assigned to specific games. As I understand it GMs are a part of the main NCSoft Studio, not Paragon Studios.

    Primarily because with power customization allowing alternate animations, there's simply no reason to take away the current animation from those who like it. Secondly, I don't think "wouldn't it be cool" is sufficent reason to break the "Cabin Rule." And finalely, I think having only a single attack use the whip is kind of silly, a character should have some consistancy in how (s)he attacks.

    I'd be all for adding a whip theme under electric melee's customization options, would be great for all the elemental sets to have more veriety of attack, but to completely replace Havoc Punch is a no go.

    I believe so. Early on there was a bug where the badge titles got stuck as the gender of the last costume you edited, but it was fixed.

    It was fixed on the Villain skin quite a while back. I don't know why the hero skin wasn't done at the same time.

    Doesn't it pops up after 5 missions? I thought only the lowest level pops at 3. One way or the other check the detectives progress bar and make sure it's full.

    Since Scirocco can now teach you Soul, Mace or Leviathan Mastery, I don't see why he couldn't also teach Fiery, Psionic, etc. Mastery. Some goes for the other Patrons

    I'm confused. I just checked the Character Creator, and the Female Model can wear Evil Epaulets on jackets, robes and trench coat, or am I miss understanding something?
