    The guy in the dreads is definitely BaB, he appears in the art book that came with CoV collector's edition (page 14, hero side). Given that BaB started heroing during the late 70's, at which point Maiden Justice would have been in her 60s, it seems more likely that the women to Statesman's left is Miss Liberty, even if she was used as the basis for Maiden Justice in a CoH trailer.

The reason Inspirations were originally set up as untradeable between factions was that trading was set up as all or nothing, they couldn't flag only certain items as tradeable. however, if you listen to the Hero-con pod casts, while discussing how the market works in Going Rogue, Posi said Inspiration trading between factions is coming.

    Remember, Infernal isn't from Primal Earth so it is possible that the Lillitu we fight isn't the same version he bound.

    If I remember right, The Weaver's Arachnos was suppose to be a kind of power behind Mussolini, manipulating things from the shadows. When Mussolini falls and the Weaver is killed, the Center took some of Arachnos' forces to form the Council and Lord Recluse turned the rest into the more overt organization Arachnos is modernly.
  7. I remember my science teacher in Jr. high once used compressed gas to make ice by injecting it into a sealed container. As the gas expanded, it "used up" the thermal energy in the container and dropped the temperature below the freezing point of the gas.

    Actually, the only cape entity that isn't mutually exclusive to other cape entities is the wedding pack tux, picking trench coat, bolero, wedding veil or any back item will keep the others from even appearing in the costume list.
  13. OK, so i checked on my tank who has Mako's Bite: Chance for Lethal damage in brawl. The only indication I could find of the proc going off was in my damage inflicted channel and looked like this

     You hit Chief Mentalist for 45.19 points of bonus Lethal damage!
    You Brawl with Chief Mentalist and deal 11.19 points of smashing damage!
    I don't know if Lady Grey: Chance of Negative Damage works exactly the same.

  16. Actually Mids' allows you to set it to 0 allies now, though for some reason doesn't seem to be adding the base number to ranged defense for Scrapers.

    EDIT: According to this thread on the Titannetwork forums the above mentioned bug will be fixed with the next update.

    I suppose it possible, but I would guess the portal is there in case large numbers of players create multiple instances and need to switch between them, much like the Arachnos Flier in Fort Darwin.

    Yes, Vanguard boots are an option for both tucked in and Pants, though you can only have the added pads version with Tight, Armored and Kilts/Shorts.

  25. Last word we had on it, if I recall correctly, was that you can't attach a costume piece to a costume piece, i.e. you can't make a selectable aura for a weapon. It is however possible to create a weapon with a built in aura like effect (see tech sword, elemental shields, etc.), but that means that a copy of each weapon would need to be made for each of the aura effects, so no small undertaking. Then you'd have to get into whether or not aura effects would break the "only weapons appropriate to the set's damage type" rule. Mind you I would love to see it happen but I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.
