I don't see the point in slotting Disorient Durations in good attacks, slot recharge instead.
You went WAY over the top with End reduction in Integration, it needs one, tops.
Oh and how'd a ToHit Buff get in Superspeed? -
Fly is good, but when you take Fly, Superspeed is needed alongside it in PvP, I think.
Oh and don't even bother with Energy Torrent if you aren't slotting it for damage. -
I see in your eyes the same overpowered fear that DMs have, a day may come when the damage of Scrappers fail, when we forsake our defences and stop slotting damage, but it is not this day. An hour of Blasters, and SR when the age of Scrappers comes crashing down! But it is not this day, this day we fight! Katana has Def debuffs and Claws is so end light you probably wont need end reducers in there.

He did, EE is Earth's Embrace which is the Stone tank's Dull Pain.
And a Stalker single Stalker should never be able to kill a Tank.
Tankers don't have a duty to stand still for Assasin Strikes any more than the next person. -
There's a distinct lack of Heavy Mallet in this build.

Actually, SW and PA don't healback 100%, I'm pretty sure that when you get SW and use it before having damage slots it doesn't heal back 100%.
A percentage of base damage is healed back, the rest can be enhanced by enhancements, same for Phantom Army. Phantasm decoy is just different. -
Oh, a Tanker returning after the nerfs, a Fire/Fire no less...
This might get ugly. -
How the fudge does Fire beat Illusion for damage in the lower levels? Correct me if I'm wrong but don't Fire only get a Hold and an immobilise for damage?

I'd have thought Lift would be a handy Control tool... I've never really seen it in PvE but it's the shizzle in PvP.
