look, my char is Katana Dark armor , i have 6 slotted all the defensive powers of DA. (death shroud 3 slot 1 acc 2 dmg if u got it) i have not the last power of it and the gloom. look how it goes for me...you fear them with cloak of fear and ( 6 slot it 2 acc 4 fear) they cant doo something for short time. Because i am katana i dont know if the attacks of calw are Endurance eater. if yes better go on 1 vs 1.

Thats awful /DA slotting, sorry. All your resist based shields should be 3/2 with Resists/End. Don't bother slotting Cloak of Darkness with anything other than 1 End. Your going to need End reducers in CoF, if I remember I rightly I go 1 End, 2 Acc, 2 Fear and 1 Acc Debuff. Get Acrobatics. Get Tough. Get Stamina. Consider adding End Reducers to all of your attacks, the Endurance costs of your secondary are really that bad. Avoid toggle droppers like the plague.

Well then you've slotted it fairly badly. CoF is a huge end hog and gets better if your debuffing accuracy, because it makes you much more survivable seeing as your resists are so gosh darn poor. The Acc Debuffs from Katana will go nicely alongside it.
Katana has Def debuffs and Claws is so end light you probably wont need end reducers in there.

I got all the powers you said tough stamina and acrobatics. and i said i have 6 slotted the defensive powers NOT what enhancements i have on them 
i said ONLY for CoF what i have on it and death shroud.
and i use acc. from body mastery for better acc so i dont have many acc in my powers
I got 1 end red and 3 res in my 3 amours. I didnt bother with CoF or death shroud but I took OG and I find it very usefull for fighting lots of minions. CoD is usefull for stealthing missions (at least a little while yet) and for pvp. Stamina is a must and arcobatics are pretty nice to have aswell. I didnt bother with tough because I thought it was a waste of powers and slots.
im claws/da and im know how to slot claws but da remains a mistery to me.
