Get every /DA defensive toggle you can, you need them all. You will want Hover or Acrobatics, you will want Stamina and you might want to think about picking up Tough.

I wouldn't bother with CoF because your two PBAoE's will break the fear effect. Try it out though, it might be useful for the Acc debuff.

Claws does low damage and the damage it does is widely resisted. SR still doesn't work: its never been too shabby in PvE, but its PvP its still a joke when you get to the higher zones. Whichever way you look at it, its nowhere near as good as /Regen and /Inv. Combine a weak primary with a weak secondary and voila: one weak scrapper.

Not everyone pointing out the obvious flaws in sets are whining.

Are those first figures for slotted M.o.G?

There must be something better than Flurry. At the level your at you should have little to no attack chain gaps, so you don't really need an additional one with a long animation.

Reconsider Shadow Punch. I can't stand it, some people reccomend it though so try going without it on Test. The two End Reductions in CoD and Acrobatics are a waste, put those two slots into some attacks.

No it doesn't. I can normally get two or three off before the indestrucability gives out and everything starts attacking me. You might only have 2 or 3 toggles, but then your a poor /DA.

Soul Transfer is possibly the worst power in the game. Its a self rez that gains you aggro, and often doesn't rez you with full health...

The reason I didn't run mine on est was because the main servers can handle a lot more traffic before becoming laggy/buggy. Since its level 1's only, the Server doesn't really matter and fully slotting for TO's isn't going to give anyone an unbeatable advantage. Just form two fairly equal SG's and go at it.

Your biggest headache will be people constantly dropping out/going on hide/etc which makes it difficult to equalise teams.
