Nope, base numbers.
Must be wrong, MoG is 71% base res to all, cept for Psi.
Unless that got changed and I never noticed it.
Edit, No, it cant of been changed cause I only used it yesterday. 71% is correct.

"Loosely" planning out GenericHero29482 using SherkSilver's CoH Hero Builder, as I understand it's more up-to-date than Joe Chott's, I stumble across Moment of Glory and see the resistances and defenses it offers...
Resist: S/L/F/C/E/N/T - 40%
Defense: S/L/F/C/E/N - 80%
Are these numbers accurate?
The resistances sound somewhat lower than what I remember hearing about them...
nofuture.org.uk lists as 71% resist, 80% defence.
