So how exactly does teamspeek work? Do you have to start that before CoH, does it reach everyone all the time?

TS works as a seperate program behind CoH.You tlk over TS but you play over CoH.
If you got all your team to join the same lobby then you would be able to hear and tlk to them, providing you had a mic.

Sweet, I better dig out my mic then, its been a while since I've used teamspeak.
TS is great - used it a lot in my Ravenshield clan (in the good old days before everyone started cheating...)
will you be posting the server address, etc. - or is it in-game tells only?

All... Union Community Teamspeak is now up an entering Beta Testing. Lol. I am not totally Au Fait with all the features and for the moment the channels are unmoderated until i can get a responsible team of moderaters up and running.

Was 8 of us up to 20 mins ago..in 2 rooms not bad for a sever thats only 6 hours old , did you look outside the lobby

You will find the members of Kaos Contingency on TS whenever they are online (and when they have all downloaded the client) - but it will become more popular as and when people realise how much easier it is to say "Stunned" and get a Clear Mind than it is to type it

I am actually in quite a lot of pain today. Teamspeak is very useful and does make team play a bit easier, but the amount of laughing I did yesterday when Enzyme complained for the 15th time that the Gravity Geyzers were [censored] [censored] in his Geordie tones... I almost split my sides.
Add to that the ability to humourise debt with raptuous laughter... Sorry Battle Medic. I know debt sucks but when you get 1 shotted, rezzed and 1 shotted, i cant help laughing. My bad.
The server is a little quiet sometimes. So far we have had 25 unique connections. We have about 8 regular users. All are welcome. Havent had any cause to moderate the channels thus far - hope it stays that way.
Oh and a tip. If you log on and the server appears empty. Just have a look around. Not sure what the feature of TS is that hides other connections if not in the same channel. I dont think ihave that feature turned on but its worth haveing a quick look around anyway.

Well I used this last night and it was brilliant, thanks for providing this Chaplain. Had a scream, it not only increases the social aspect of the game, but also the team tactics.
It's so much easier to say "Watch that Crey PowerTank on the balcony" to Battle Medic then it is to type it.
Absolute scream, even if you haven't got a mic sign up and listen in.
