Giving up done everthing as was stated as I siad it was working fine and it has just given up the ghost. 
s s the main lobby room is not voiced you cant talk to anyone untill you enter a room come into badge hunters realm.
There are only three alternatives. It thinks were either a threat, food, or a mate. Its gonna either kill us, eat us, or hump us.
Will try it later but test dont even work as i said it was working fine then bam it stoped. But will sleep on it and if it still dont work well.
Just wanted to say thanks for this service. I have never used Teamspeak before and it is great!

Hey all.
Just a note with one of my last remaining posts. Ill shortly be converting TS to a private server for me and my close gaming mates. Simple fact is im paying money for a facility I dont use anymore. Sure ive met a lot of nice people over the past few months on TS and they will continue to be able to use the server. Its just I dont need 50 slots anymore and so ill reduce it to something more affordable, such as 20.

The new server i get will undoubtedly be home to mostly the same people who inhabit the current server. Just that I wont encourange new users, and un-registered users will not be able to talk.

Its right. Not many people are playing computer games at this time of the morning because their at work etc.

Yes, that's right. Most people are at work, or not playing at the moment due to the server downtime.

So, anyone my lvl that uses TS up for some mishs? wanna test this thing out now that I have it working.
Anyone who was thinking of using the XBOX Communicator headset and were told that it wasn't possible might want to check out this driver.
Assuming that you've already got a USB converter dongle so that you can plug your xbox controller into your USB port, this may actually allow you to use the headphone.
You might need to install this driver first (a driver for the xbox controller itself) to make it work, but fingers crossed, you now have a working xbox headset and controller plugged into your PC.
Unfortunately I've not got an xbox, nor it's headset, so I can't test this for myself, but I know that a friend of mine has somehow managed to get a similar setup so I know that it's possible. Hopefully this sollution will help some of you guys out.

) my personal discovery, is that the program 'Ventrilo' is quite a bit better than TSpeak...Partly cos it's what my SG uses . It's much simpler, and has better quality sound imo

It's also more expensive to run dedicated servers on it, and that's why chaplain hosts a TeamSpeak one.
Our group uses teampspeak rather than ventrillo, I have no problems with it. The sound quality is certainly good enough, I like some of the features it offers (Particularly the ability to have channels accross channels, which can be useful for coordinating multiple teams/squads in some games - ventrillo didn't offer that last time we looked in to it) and I know how to use it, it's very simple, which is good for me, I'm about as technologically advanced as a fish.
Regarding sound quality, I believe it's just that the default codec on teamspeak is lower than ventrillo which often leads people to thinking ventrillo gives a significantly better sound quality. The default can be altered quite easily though, which will massively improve the sound quality. We run our SG server on 16.4 Kbit (although that would be quite harsh on anyone still running on dial-up) which gives a pretty good sound quality. The default is about 5, which makes you sound like a Darlek under water.
OK, had a short time out of the game, and have now returned.
TS worked for me before i left but for some reason now no matter what i try it keeps spewing error messages at me ! , i cant even get in.
I kept the original details in, didnt work. Ive retyping in all the deatils correctly, address password etc but it isnt working
Any help or advice would be great. Thanks

I just tried to connect on TS2 using the details in the initial post, and couldn't.
Seem to be having real prnlems with team speack it worked for about 30 secs then has just stoped working. Thought it might be the mic but its not as works fine when i tested it I can hear other people fine as well just cant speack dont know whats up with it.
