Level 1: Critical Hit -
Fire/Fire does a lot of AoE damage, second only to Spines/Fire. The benefit of Fire is that it does a lot of damage, the disadvantage to Fire is that it has no damage mitigation. For average game play it is more then enough and is a rolicking good time, for more extreme uses you will need to spend some influence to add defense in invention sets.

I made a few minor changes, I added two Adjusted Targeting to Focused Chi, gives a small damage buff, small to hit improvement, and keeps recharge to around the same.
Took out the Force Feed Back: Chance for + Recharge, it isn't that great, I had it for a while in Energy Torrent and didn't notice a marked improvement in my recharge.
Added a second Luck of the Gambler to Phalanx Fighting and gave you a smidge more regeneration.

That channel would be so awesome that anytime anyone ever sent a response it would crash the global server.

Illusion/Radiation Controller and Sonic/Radiation Corruptor are both able to solo Giant Monsters. It's a safe bet that they're both the fastest at soloing AVs.

Hey guys? Emmert's not working on CO anymore. He hasn't been for a while. He's been doing STO for the last few months at least.
That being said I don't think CO will have an appreciable effect on the CoH population or its markets. I know some people who are leaving for CO, and some will probably be back (at least I hope so) but most of my in-game friends are staying. -
I still like GC for its extra debuff resistances. I'm at 95.6% defense debuff resistance when everything is toggled and double stacked AD.

I've never needed IH when dueling, Reconstruction and Dull Pain do the job just nicely. Stalkers can't kill me and Brutes hate me.

Gonna have to see what kind of build I could cook up with my claws/inv. Doesn't look like it would even be that expensive. Unless I decided to get the pvp IO.
I am however looking at a very different DM/SD build that if my calculations are correct, could very well reach 330 DPS. I am somewhat tempted to see how it would play out

Whenever there is a lack of a tanker you can use MoG to absorb the big burst damage from a large group. If you are low in health those 15 seconds can allow you to regeneration passively enough to keep you from dying. If your regeneration gets debuffed to oblivion you can use it to help mitigate some of the debuff. There are numerous applications to it.

Made a few changes, I probably added around 150 million in costs to the build but it will definitely benefit. I'd suggest later on saving up for more Luck of the Gambler's to replace Serendipity.
