MA/SD AV/Farm build
I made a few minor changes, I added two Adjusted Targeting to Focused Chi, gives a small damage buff, small to hit improvement, and keeps recharge to around the same.
Took out the Force Feed Back: Chance for + Recharge, it isn't that great, I had it for a while in Energy Torrent and didn't notice a marked improvement in my recharge.
Added a second Luck of the Gambler to Phalanx Fighting and gave you a smidge more regeneration.

Dark/Shield Build Thread
Well I like the 2%dmg buff; however, that is the only real improvement. . .my end I think will be an issue. If you don't think so, then I think that will be the only change I make. I believe you didn't see any improvement w/force feedback, but I'm still going to try it anyway (I have like 3 of them) Then if it doesn't help at all, I'll probably add that extra slot to one of the end hoggers and add another end redux.
Maybe try working in the fire mastery. We are still getting that right?

Doesn't work for me becuase I am running RC WIN 7 the 7100 build. So, not sure what to do now, I posted the problem to stony.
I built this build off of Werner's spreadsheet, his was SR so I had to make some tweaks for SD. The end usage is as high as Werner's build, so I was looking for away to improve that and still keep the Def. high and the Recharge high. This is one of the trickest and stingiest builds I have ever tried to do. I kept powers like EC, DT for the WoW factor and farming capabilities. If I wanted to Solo an AV, I think I'd have to drop those 2, and put the +recharge proc into one of the attacks in the chain. Then pick up conserve energy and something else, but that will drop my melee defence. So, I am stumped, can anyone help please and thanks.
