    OK, that's hilarious.

Wait, so the jump while dual wielding (Claws and DP) is back to the crossed arms?

A minor point: After the third SO. It is value based, not number of enhancer based, after all.
  4. For what it's worth, I also picked up Warpforge on Virtue about two nights ago. So yeah. Lots of names still out there.

Being able to see the toggle (and summon) in effect for more than half a second would be great.

    Yep.
  7. Choose the answer that suits you best:
    A) Yes
    B) No
    C) Maybe

Congratulations. You have now reached a correct answer.

Its looooong animation time has been a little problematic while soloing, but it's a great tool for pulling and active defense (like separating groups to give yourself more survival time). It has many other uses than just that, though; I'm sure I've missed something important about its usefulness.
My favorite use of Wormhole is to drop another spawn on top of the one my teammates are currently fighting.

Good times that. Who needs to go to them when you can bring them over?

    Grav/elec perma?

Personally, I've never found mezzing to be too much of an issue on my Doms. It's always a case of hit them before they hit you and having either a Break Free or Domination available to pop if things go south.

I also rolled up a Grav/Elec the other day. I plan on building it with an emphasis on +DMG bonuses. Since it was the base values that got buffed, those bonuses are more effective now. Just looking over it real quick, he's got a baseline of about +23% and just over 102% with Assault and BU.
  10. Perhaps you should use the "Select Closest Enemy" bind instead of the "Select Any Enemy" bind then.

I forget what it defaults to though. ALT+Tab, I think. I always shift it to Shift+Tab.
  11. Personally, I get far more use out of the Science pack's costume pieces than most of the others. The Valkyrie pack just squeaks by due to Shoulder 3.

The Rubber Boots are great and their model is much better than the "standard" tight leather boots. And when combining the Death Guard with Cyborg 1 Head Detail, you can make a really nice looking techno-skull deal.
  12. No. They are not affected by +DMG or -DMG. Procs always deal a specific amount of damage which is determined by player level.

The end damage they inflict, however, is affected by Resistance, both positive and negative.
  13. I'd lean toward the Elec side of things for the blitz- portion. It also conjures up a speedster concept, but the -hawk part also leans flight.

Elec/Elec Blaster maybe? Or an Elec/SR Scrapper?
  14. Tray 4 rarely gets used on my alts. When it does, it gets put in a 5x2 block next to the other trays. Off hand, I can only name three that actually use it:
My Plant/TA Controller - Tray 4 holds patch powers that I key via binds, but that I still like to see the icons for so I know when they're recharged. It also contains Team Buff powers like Assault and Mystical Fortune for easy access.

My Peacebringer - Four holds useful but situational powers: QFlight, Pulsar, Gleaming Touch and a couple others.

My Warshade - Like the PB, it holds useful, but not immediately activated powers: Shadow Cloak, Nebulous Form, Extract Essence and others.

    Same.

Took it on my TA/A Defender. Those damn Specters resist Lethal like mad? Hah! Axe to the face for them.

I seem to use the (non-domed, non-winged) shoulder bits more than I anticipated, as well. Armor plate.
Valkyrie 3? Same here. Those ones are probably my favorite ones to use. Not overly huge, not too eye-catchy. Just a nice pair of armor plates for shoulder protection.

Since the Corr version is more powerful than the MM version... well, yeah. I guess they just hate Corrs.

Trufax: MMs originally had the ticking heal version too. It made them unkillable so it was changed to the +Regen version.

    Be more creative.

Yesterday on Freedom, I snagged the name Wavesync for a new Energy/Sonic Corruptor.

And nice job sneaking that Praetorian Clockwork in. Had to pause it and go back to make sure I was seeing things right.

It's one of the nice synergies of that pairing - it is true that otherwise webnade is not that spectacular of a power (in PvE anyway - I believe webnades are very useful in PvP, though I wouldn't know about that first-hand).
Web Nade is great for when facing a single tough foe (Boss/EB/AV). You can stack it up easily to keep them out of melee and the -RECH is HUGE (62.5%)!

Plus hey... in team settings, it helps the Conts get their Containment bonus.
  23. Personally, I find that by cranking up the difficulty to around x3 Players, that gives me a sufficient amount of foes in the RWZ missions to get me enough merits to get a piece every few missions.
