Are you serious? It's increases your HP which is the same as providing +resis, and it would be very similar to Dull Pain.

I don't know about you but going from 1700 HP to 2200-2500 HP is pretty damn effective. Not to mention people can already perma-DP.

The only kind of tanker I say that can hold aggro no matter what else is on their team with taunt is an Ice armor.

With DR an ioed build isn't that much diffrent from a regularly enhanced build sadly. (Besides pvp io's ofcourse) A friend and I were talking this over, just wandering what you all think? Besides pvp io's do you feel a Hami IO build is better,worse or identical to a IO build?

Personaly, I'll be making a bs stalker as soon as it gets here. Plain and simple it has better burst damage then katana anyway you look at it.

As said before, dps is not what stalkers are designed for the majority of the time. Hopefully it wont be nerfed to hell in pvp thats all I care about.

sure. /psi is still the most effective aoe set for doms.

though if you are looking for some st damage too then /fire is what I'd go. It has aoe on par with /psi (both have to use their cone and pbaoe to do decent aoe now) and has single target damage that eclipses /psi.

A high recharge /fire with FE up a lot will probably mow through most spawns as quickly as /psi, but will leave /psi in the dust vs bosses. Just watch out for the end drain of /fire it is on par with stone melee now lol.

Well combustion isn't quite on par with psy shockwave, it has a longer animation time and recharges a bit slower and also has a smaller radius. But does gain extra power from fiery embrace if you decide to take that, its pretty good. I would say the top dominator secondaries would be, fire, psi and thorny assault for farming, tf's, mishes or pvp. (Although psi isn't in pvp much)

Yeah about 300% regen is very good.

lol, Ive got a build for about 90% recharge but if u want it to be affordable you'll have to wait a bit for me to think that one up....

Yes Earth/TA or Grav/TA are EXTREMELY annoying, and for any arch type not just one =p

Also I have a 1.87x accuracy bonus from sets, would that be enough to spec out of tactics?
