    Honestly, I don't even think about them. I think I use the unslotters more (which isn't saying much, really.) Even have some catalysts sitting about.

    TBH, I'd like more filtering for those items - get the ATOs in one category, stuff like boosters/catalysts/unslotters in another, inspirations in a third, temp powers in another, but I'm not sure how it would be done without making the UI (even more of) a mess.
    I wish you could resize the windows more.

    Anything with a description prefaced by "VIP CONTENT: " is included in the sub.

    Also, it won't let you buy stuff you already have (due to the market's setup, it returns a quanity error)

    I missed Rangle's cause I was at work on my phone.

    Considering I haven't run Sentinel in a while, I did pretty good from memory.

    The timer was put in for a number of reasons - farming, that bad veng trick (although that wasn't just a PVP issue, and was fixed another way) were only two.

    The biggest was Siren's Call and it's bounty system.

    - Download Titan Sentinal

    - Run it when you COH

    - after you log into the character switch to Sentinal and choose "export Data" - long form is the easy to read version, IIRC.

    For the most part, the store should grant a quantity error for anything you already own. If you find to the contrary, contact support. Also, there is a mypurchases command, you can use that then copy the tab it outputs to to figure what you own.

    Not sure if that's correct - I seem to recall Premiums being able to play, and not have to pay.

    Actually, "for conceptual reasons" Lightning Rod requires you be on the ground, IIRC. It's conditions are different anyway.

    General Rule about video cards (applies to both nVidia and AMD)

    the second to last number - the higher the better. A 460 is better than a 520 even if the 520 is newer.

    Yeah, that's what I mean to get across - you can unlock a character slot filled with a character needing further unlocks.

    You could try filing a ticket at support.cityofheroes.com to see if they can move it/return it to unasssigned server slot status.

    Alphas should count. Basically if the buff shows in the enhancement screen it should affect the PPM.

    If you are not tier 4 (maybe five, Paragonwiki.com/wiki/Paragon_Rewards has the exact level) you need to purchase an additional unlock for controllers, masterminds, and all the epic archetypes.

    Shift + # key is select teammate # based off current team window ordering.
