Spring Attack does it work with flight/hover?

Hiya Everyone,

I've tried searching for this, but my Search-Fu seems weak. =/

Like the title asks: Does Spring Attack work with any flight powers?

For that matter, I got curious about some other powers and if they would also work with flight:

Footstomp, Solar Flare, Shield Charge and Lightning Rod.

If I did miss any other powers, please amend as you see fit. =D

Spring attack, Solar flare, Shield charge and lightning rod you can use while flying/hovering.
The only one that requires to be on the ground is footstomp, because you know... You stomp the ground lol
Spring attack, lightning rod and shield charge are self teleport pet attacks.
And solar flare was changed in I21 with a different animation so you can use it while flying.

So getting that really fun looking power -Spring Attack- for my peacebringer shouldn't be a problem.

Might even have a fun concept for an elec/shield brute. ^^

Actually, "for conceptual reasons" Lightning Rod requires you be on the ground, IIRC. It's conditions are different anyway.
