Please note - the main bit to catch here is "Three SOs" - the bit about 100% can be misleading because of the fact that although many powers are what they call schedule A (SOs give a 33% boost if schedule A and even level) others give (sometimes vastly) different amounts, and ED was set up to work around Three SOs, not 100%.

For the most part, Two single-aspect level 50 IOs are equal to three even- level SOs (IOs have a percentage based on their own level, and does not vary. Thus you cannot out level an IO, although you do gain the ability to slot more powerful IOs as you level.)

Actually, I would be surprised if they didn't - European countries have a bunch of privacy laws that don't necessarily play nice with US laws. One of the reasons why most companies have a subsidiary company for EU.

If you check the badge listings at places like Vidiotmaps, you will see that the vast majority of badges have a Display Name, and a "V." Display Name - what you see depends on if you are a hero or villain.

tech-wise, there is no "corresponding badge" - each badge has two names. Depending on if you re tagged hero or villain though, decides which one gets shown.

Respecs would probably be an exception, but Respec badges are funny to begin with (remember the whole "You have to have an Unused/then used respec" issue for the unlock-able contact when it was first available?)

Demon Summoning will almost assuredly be a Mastermind primary (not that it matters much, since you'll be able to switch sides at some point). Dual Pistols will likely show up in a few different ATs, and will probably be more Malta Gunslinger than Equilibrium.

The only one that violates the EULA in that grouping is Vidiotmaps, as I recall. Only it modifies the client (through the addition of files. It is a modification, you do change the end result [game client] even though to undo all you have to do is delete the additional files). But Vidiotmaps has always seemed to get a wink from the developers.

Glycerin, IIRC, uses Herostats.

Herostats, last I checked, reads the chat log. And provides an overlay - but so can steam. IT doesn't change the game - nothing illegal there.

And mids is a planner. Only Marvel would have issue with it.

Also there is Vaden's Icon fix - which you can grab from either the titan network or vidiot maps - can't recall which.

the Vidiotmaps pack does the same thing as Vaden's icon fix pack, it adds files to a directory that are read instead of the normal game files, which is a normal function of the game. The use of the pack doesn't violate the EULA. The way they got the maps to make the pack, however, does.
