Let me be clearer. I believe in zones you cannot access +5 powers in PvP. Or such was discussed at some point. Was this changed? The rest, with the exemplared experience and such should remain.
*edit* .....And sorry to distract from the OP. Kinetics is undervalued vs. AV's, as many kinetic players seem to undervalue the true potency of siphon power's -dam component. Unlike many other debuffs, I don't believe AV's sport special -dam debuff resistance, so spamming siphon power, transfusion, and siphon speed will greatly lower regeneration and damage output from said target. -

Just because a game is listed as "Used" on Amazon, doesn't mean the code has actually been used. A product gets thrown on Amazon's "Used" list as son as it's bought and gets put up to be resold, even if the box hasn't been opened once.
Now, I'm sure some of the copies listed as Used actually are, and I wouldn't advise anyone purchase from the Used list, but just because it's listed doesn't mean the lister is a scumbag. -

After looking at some of the power choices in the Character Creator, I'd suggest going with Energy Melee for your Psi Melee. Sadly, this limits you to either making a Tanker or a Brute, as Energy Melee has yet to be proliferated to Scrappers.
For a Tanker, personally, I'd probably go with Willpower/Energy Melee. For a Brute, Energy Melee/Willpower, /Super Reflexes, or even /Energy Aura. -

Menu -> ID does list all of the powers, but it appears to group them by powerset. Within each powerset, it appears to show them in the order you got them, but it doesn't show the complete order.
For example, I can tell that I selected Fortitude before I selected Absorb Pain (within the Empathy powerset) and I can tell I selected Aim before Cosmic Burst (within the Radiation Blast powerset), but I can't tell whether I selected Fortitude before or after Cosmic Burst, or where Recall Friend fits in the whole sequence.

Also, if you pay attention, there are certain restrictions - such as your Primary T6 is always min level 18, and that can help you figure things out. -

How can I see what the build of an already existing alt is?
I can of course see the list of powers the alt has, as well as how many slots are assigned to each power. The real question is, how can I see what order I selected each power and slot? I figure the data must be stored somewhere, since the game knows how to back an alt down for task forces and exemplaring. Is there some way to view that data, or to export that data into a file?
I started keeping track of this for my more recent alts, but it didn't occur to me to do it for my older ones.

Your character build info is stored nowhere clientside, otherwise it might be hacked.
Also, it does not store what level you put a slot onto a power - part of the reason why, after exemplaring down past a certain point, enhancements are artificially degraded. -

Well, these things are really not so different from the plethora of dev designed radio missions that have defeating 1 boss as the goal or clicking on glowie as the lone goal, running through with a Stalker and ending the mission in about 10 seconds.
yes, it true that some are very fast if you stealth to the end and clear the room, but the devs are fine with that. That's a change from beta (or launch? don't remember if it got to live or not) when it used to be just kill the named boss (or his spawn) or the glowie and not the whole room they/it are in. -

I understand that it echos but what does that mean exactly? does the time time cut in half, by 25%, or 75%? Does it lose buff strength? That page doesn't explain what echo means. It just says a more limited version of the power.

Don't recall if Arena works, but basically every time you defeat another Player, you have a chance for a drop if you got rep for the kill. -

Exists on both Virtue and Justice as an elf, as parallel versions of the same person. In one, he's a magic scrapper, the other a tech defender that pretends to use magic cause, really, and elf with no magic?
