It's all speculation given the general lack of information about anything GR-related.
That said, allow me to add my own bit of (informed) speculation. Recalling the months leading up to the CoV release, I was invited in one of the last waves of beta, and this was still a solid 2-3 months before release. I get the impression GR is not as ambitious as CoV is/was, but nevertheless I can't see a comprehensive beta lasting anything less than a quarter. I personally don't see GR being released anytime sooner than Q2 2010. I actually expect to see a Q3 release myself.
Q. Just wondering Posi, where are the new dance emotes we were told would come with GR?

IIRC, the Hero Con video said 2nd Quarter of 2010. That would be April, May, or June of next year. It's not uncommon, in fact it's very common, that games miss their target date and go longer.
They said Q2 2010.
Personally, I think they will push for a release on CoH's anniversary.
Seeing as how they also said they don't plan on releasing another full issue untill after GR...I think that means plenty of time on GR for testing to get it out in the second quarter.
However, that all depends on how well done GR is as well.
