Kheldians should never have to die in battle unless ganked by a group. And even so, they are escape artists if done right... three heals, lots of damage from Nova, and good res on human form. only weakness for kheldian should be psy damage, they have no res to that what so ever... but even so, all the heal and high hp should do it to stay alive and or kill...

I tried to do a Tri form and I had trouble with slotting issues, Then I switched to a Human/Dwarf build and I hate to retoggle up after switching. I decided to make an all human build and slot it the best I can. When I zone PvP I like to be on a team since I get buffs for each member on the team. Since there are a lot of Scrappers and Blasters in zone I get a nice resistance buff. I have been on a team with Defenders and Tankers only and had a nice damage buff.
I picked up Gleaming Bolt since I had one power choice and didnt know what to get. I know that sounds weird for a Kheldian to have a extra power after all powers were picked. I am glad I got it, because the way I slotted it helps me out in PvP. 2 HO's, 3 Damage Procs and a Hold Proc. The average damage of the attack is 70 points of damage and with the procs it surprises players and I use it a lot since it recharges fast.
70(pwr dmg) + 70(proc dmg) + 70(proc dmg) + 100(proc dmg) = 310 dmg(on average)
I basically built my PB with a blaster in mind. I know I do a lot less damage compared to a blaster, but my power pools are what I select on my blasters.

Leadership
Maneuvers
Tactics
Picked Quantum Flight for my phase escape in zone and I use it when I get jumped. I always forget that it wastes a lot of end and I have to fly to safety and flight is very slow. I also use essence boost whenever it is up so I have 2154 hp and stalker AS's only take away 1/4 of my HP and I am back to 100% after using reform essence that recharges every 28 seconds. I usually sit around 1550 HP without essence boost and that is when I am most cautious. Essence Boost has a down time of 45 seconds on my build. I went with PvP IO's since I had them on another toon that reached 400rep and I just stripped that AT and placed them on my PB. My PB now has 400 rep and I dont want to strip him now since I have to much fun on him.
I hope this could help you a little bit in deciding how to build your PB for PvP.
Horrible! waste of influence, should hand it over and i'll make it way cheaper and tri form... I use all three forms on mine, Child of The Atom. Nova should be your primary damage, dwarf to escape, and human to browse around... -

I did not take pics at that time, but i did show them to a Coalie/friend, i was shocked of the incurring incident and also showed her the log of how and how consecutively they dropped within one mob of each other. if u must ask, it'll be Roflamen from Damage Inc SG.

What do I need to do in order to get my rare recipe drop rate back to normal. or can a Dev tell me what things that i do in game that will alert Developers to decrease my recipe drop rate. As a 46 veteran, i've done every single mission endlessly numerous times, now i just farm BM and play PVP for those rare and purple recipes to gain influe cena and slot my toons good.
I've compared (rare/purple recipe) drop rates with other friends that do the exact same thing as me and its like a 1/5 ratio. If they were not manipulated as developers say, everyone's drop rate should be around the same. There are many things in game a player can do to try to get those rare/purple recipe drops, but when your drop rate is manipulated it is a waste of time even to play the game.
About drop rate manipulatioin: i've heard so many times from GMs that recipe drop rate is not something developers have control over, well that is untrue and i can prove it.
About six months ago, i got very frustrated after running BM solo numerous times and not getting a single purple drop or rare. Moreover, other friends doing the same had much better luck than me. As a result, frustrated with the game and my horrendous drop rate, I decided to deactivate my account and the reason i left at the end of the questionarie was "i am a pvper, i need influece to slot my toons, i am a 35+ veteran and have done every single mission, without influce i cannot slot my toon and do pvp. since i cannot slot toons due to lack of influence i don't have fun anymore, so i quit"
At that time i still had a few more days before my subscription expired, so the next day i decided to run a few more Battle Maiden runs and out of the blue, ON MY FIRST RUN I GET 4 CONSECUTIVE PURPLE DROPS. then, i concluded how much control developers have over people's accounts and most importantly drop rates....
Does it mean that new players have higher drop rates just to keep them excited about the game and forget about the OLD veterans?
I need to know what contributes these rates, or do i need to create a new account and stop playing my two veteran ones i currently use?
And please, dont come telling me Developers do not have control over drop rates because i will just ignore it and move on to another game...

yeah thx, after asking around in game to some PVPers... i found out, and there's a way to check... i found out that "Ctrl b" will pop up a window that will let u know if u have a bonus that went over the 5 limit...

i am using mids to plan out a fighclubber. i know u can only get up to 5 bonuses from that same IO set. However, there are other sets that might give you that same bonus. For instance, i get 10% bonus from the following: panacea, efficacy adaptor, panacea, shield wall, Luck of The Gambler.
They all give 10% regen bonus. Then I added another efficacy adaptor on another power at a higher lvl and it did not affect the total regen, instead it stayed the same.
So, is it mids or the 5 rule works for all the 10% u can get in general? regardless if its the same set or not.
If anyone has come accross this or has an answer I'll appreciate it... -

first of all, ur travel sucks... u will merely tickle someone but they will simply run away before u finish them... and why take flash freeze over snow storm... snow storm if ur main cookie for catching up runners like brutes... and apocs don't go in will domination, but rather in psionic dart... put 5 apocs on dart (including proc) and add gladiator's jav proc... the damage will be very high and also fast recharge... acrobatics doesn't need knockback distance, if u get knocked back u get knocked back... animation is usually the same...
frozen armor needs at least 4 LoTG, u need that acc or won't hit most stalkers/brutes...
also for psy blasters u don't need total focus, since u already have a 4 attack chain that never stops... total focus will just get you killed since animation is slow...
i have psy/energy and the 4 chain attack is enough to kill most villians, total focus is usually only good for ice/ blasters... but still, its animation will still get you killed...

try this build out! just made it and put it on my fire/regen. so far it works very good and has a 120% recharge bonus (including hasten)... and has fair ranged def.
This build will work very good in Siren's Call, Warburg, and RV...

I say psi/energy...
I have a psi/energy and i have done zone cleaning in RV with an emp on my back...
when you come down on any corr or dom with psi/energy... they will for sure die unless they hibernate, my psi doesn't even need hasten for the chain of attacks.
a big plus about psi is that it doesn't only do dmg, but also knocks back for those who don't have res to knockback, it placates and puts to sleep with proc and has very good nearly unresisted damage.
when dueling, being able to placate another player is one of the most helpful things a blaster can have...
so definatelly psi/energy for its 4attack chain and placate/knockback...
its only weakness is if someone has elusive mind or a wp... but i stil managed to kill a wp somehow with my tactic...

i am about to start a new toon, but not sure what to go for... if either BS/nin or BS/regen...
i am guessing /nin will cost lots of influ and regen can be a lot cheaper...
but i've seen very good Nin out there, and i want build to work on both Siren's and RV... which would fit best if used on both zones... i need some expert opinion please...
and if Nin is chosen, will 2bil be enough to Slot it up? will it work without those expensive PVP IOs, like with only regular or some purples... -
i have spent 2.2 bil on a elec/energy blaster... and some of his attacks have 60%+ accuracy, but i also have 48% from bonuses... so thats over 100% acc on the attacks if not more...
the question is, why do i miss so much? i have posted my build previously, can someone pls help me what i should change in order for this to work... i thought i was gonna wreck in RV with the -end thing, but if i can't hit i won't be able to drain or kill anything...
one more thing, what is the difference between tohit and accuracy... i have tons of accuracy bonus but didn't get leadership for tohit... is that why is causing it?

well, iam a player that likes to PVP, and for that to happen i need to Farm to get those rare items. With this very low drops, i just waste my time running a BM farm 10 times to get one drop. I've tried every single setting there is, and i do not plan in spending tons of dollars buying influence online so i can slot my PVP heroes. before issue 16 drops were good, not they are super rare, even regular IO drops...
Good reason to move on to a different game until this gets somehow fixed. -

I played around with your build and managed to increase fire/cold def... that is because i either farm BM or Demons... BM is smash/lethal and demons is puer fire...

something no one picks is "smoke" and i think iam gonna include it once i respec my fire/kin... if you think about it, when u do demons, where mobs are so close to each other the imps always end up attacting other mobs and it becomes a mess... but if u have smoke, that'll never be a problem...

i have a fire/kin/fire but not sure if i should move to fire/kin/earth mastery to farm with...

yes u can use phase and hiber at the same time. thats what i usually do, phase then right away hibernate, then once hibernate is done i'll have bunch of villians waiting to kill me, but i escape due to phase... but i don't see a point on getting hasten and super speed, cause i already have a chain of 4 ranged attacks one after another... and with hasten it will just drain down my end along with super speed...
was thinking if i drop concealment, on getting self heal... -
i have mids for this blaster, any suggestions on how what i should change to improve it? btw, i use phase then hibernate, so when i come out of hibernate and villians are desperatelly waiting for me, i come out phased and i just run away freely...

not really, i respected my arch/dev blaster and started planting mines and tping villians... withing a day i got 2 drops that ammounted 650mil at the WW house... it was weird though because i didn't really get many kills, i was mainly support and tping into mines...
