Fire/Regeneration help please?
For starters unless you plan on droning tp is a waste on a regen, next fighting is useless and really not needed. In zone pvp on a regen +rech is king [censored] long as your heals come back fast your ok. You get a free 10% resist to all shield and that is enough really. Resilience is a waste(save holding IO's), stuns and holds last mere seconds in pvp it's not like pve where a hold or stun will leave you there until you take a breakfree, castle dumbed down pvp so you don't even need breakfrees. And if you took weave just to place your lotg, you'll be better served getting steath-phase. Some sort of get away power is needed, castle suppressed all movement, on any action you take so you be stuck in the sand alot. Most scrapper take laser beam eyes, i know in pve it's a lol power but in pvp it's powerful.
For some odd reason Castle deamed it wise to make pvp and pve play like two different games, from powers down to how inspirations are used, it doesnt really make sense, but what can you do?
So drop fighting teleportation and pick up fitness, leaping, it's true QR is good, but so are the therms youll be running from and every little bit helps, especially the regen you get off health, it stacks nicely and holds some nice uniques.

I'd say go with leaping/speed/leadership/concealment, but ymmv.

go weapon mastery and get web nade and targeting drone instead. You'll be happier chasing around the jumpers and flyers.
My friend asked me 2 weeks ago to make her a fire/regen build, so I did, she respeced into it and has loved it since... She says its not the best for duels, but you are saying you mainly want it for zonal, which is what its built for. I'd expect you would tweak it a bit or w/e. But for the record, I don't claim this to be some pwnwinyo PvP build, its pretty cheap considering the pure PvP io's builds you see flying around. >.>

switch apps and get webnades.
Trying to make a build for PvP is a lot harder then I thought.

Used to be a pve centric build could do decently in zone pvp or kickball arena. Now you need to pvp specialize almost entirely.
I don't think this is what players really wanted when they requested a second build option, but what can you do?

I'd drop weave for phase shift. Two reasons:
1. You have no toggle dropping powers.
2. If you are getting ganked, then it'll give you another tool to use for escape.
If you don't do that, then at least pick up the chance for hold proc for web grenade.
I was planning on picking up the temporary phase shift power. Will that not suffice? That is a good idea on the web grenade.

I wouldn't even go concealment on a /regen scrapper unless I was taking phase shift. You can only use the warburg temp. phase for 30 min and the other one you can only use three times I think before you have to craft a new one. I have to phase all the time in RV to continue to attack stalkers that have phase and I think a temp power would run out too fast.
try this build out! just made it and put it on my fire/regen. so far it works very good and has a 120% recharge bonus (including hasten)... and has fair ranged def.
This build will work very good in Siren's Call, Warburg, and RV...
