IMO touch of fear you want, although it's questionable how much you'll use it later as it doesn't work brilliantly with death shroud, until 30s though it's amazingly useful for keeping one enemy out of the fight.
Siphon life is optional I think - I don't have it, but a lot of people like it and find is useful. -
Respec repel back in, fantastic power and not end heavy in the slightest when you use it right. That's my advice!

Just better control than a single target immobilisation I think. Have to admit I might well swap it out tooIt doesn't add much these days although I haven't really slotted it. Plus Singy can do it.
You already have stackable immob for AVs with crushing field and entangle though so maybe you can keep lift for some variation... -
Your grav choices are the same as mine, and the GD -> Propel -> Lift combo will see you right I think. Grav sucks end a lot and I wouldn't like to try it without stamina...my secondary is a kin and even with transference and stamina it can run low...
Don't really think you need AS if you have propel and a grav/ta surely should not be spending extended time at close quarters?
Superspeed/hasten for travel suggestion? Would help you get propel and some of the longer recharging arrows up quicker.
A lot of guides suggest taking recall friend for moving Singy about. I must have used it about 3 times everHe moves about just fine by himself, even if he does seem to have got a bit keen to take on mobs recently...

Repel definitely works fine with one endrec without stamina if you just clip them rather than try to stand on their heads.

Word has it that propel is really suspect on Dominators who don't have containment to turn it into a silly level of damage... although looking cool is never to be underrated
Crushing field is worth taking later (it's a bit of a crazy aggro magnet when you can first take it) as it combines so well with Wormhole.

You'll have some interesting possibilities as you dont NECESSARILY need stamina or travel powers (personally took fly but not stamina).
TK Blast and Will Domination will be your staple Psi attacks, subdue and the snipe depending on taste...
You'll probably want everything from the primary really... don't overlook repel, it can be amazingly useful (permapin bosses/quants etc in corners...) -

Well alright then I'll give you a hand to get started
First up you should probably realise that the slotting might well change as you level up. Propel is invaluable until about 30 as it does really great damage with containment, especially if you solo a lot, but on higher level teams a scrapper can often take down your target before you can get the animation off so you perhaps don't need so many slots in there later. For the same reason you don't need 3 hold durations in Gravity Distortion in the later game, so you could slot for acc/dmg/rchg instead. But in general:
GDF is gonna need plenty of accuracy (2 minimum), and probably 3 hold durations (as it's hold time is less that GD)
Propel has gotta take 2 acc and 3 dmg early on at least -- i use the last slot for a range enhancer as you have to get a bit too close to aggro land for my taste on the vanilla set up.
Crush is gonna take immobs and an acc minimum, some would slot for damage, some for recharge (I dont have it personally ...)
Singy has lots of options available depending on what you want him to do for you. I have mine slotted with hold durations and damage so he can do all my donkey workbut I could see a case for dmg and rchg if you want to use him as a tank all the time and beam him into mobs ahead of the team. I think Singy's acc is fine as it is really, he seems to get the job done without needing any more help there.
Wormhole as an AOE is gonna need 2 accs like GDF to be reliable, I also have 3 disorients in mine, and the last one I think is a rchg as its so damn handy to have around. Based on the power of scrappers and blasters later I'm thinking about adding more rchg in place of the disorients atm... and you seriously want to think about crushing field to go with that power as they work brilliantly together! Wormhole and CF, followed by beaming Singy into the middle of the mob is about as close as you can get as a controller to being able to put your feet up or go and get some coffee without fear of finding yourself facedown in the dirt. Ditch either TP or Fly to fit CF in would be my advice.
A lot of people say take recall for use in moving Singy about, and if that's your reason then you might not need it as I haven't found it that useful. Singy is damn good at following you about these days (although mine is always speed boosted so he gets about FAST), and you cant recall him to a point close to the action that well anyway. If you need to put him into a mob you're better off just summoning a new one I find. Still, recall's such a great team power to have that there's always room for it...

Tada! You got it! See you don't have a controller in your alts list so I'll forgive yaOff the top of my head Lts are Mag 2, Bosses Mag 3, AVs Mag 4, not sure about other players in PvP/Arena. 2 applications of a mag 2 (from 2 controllers say) will hold a mag 3, etc...

I think in all honesty their high level power picks don't rank up there alongside things like Dark Servant, Fulcrum Shift and so on. The powers are good, but a bit more situational or take quite a bit of nouse to use in a helpful way. The other thing with FF is that it's a really passive set, and the buffbot playstyle doesn't suit all... but I agree, FF is a cool def set, especially in pairs. Mind you, just about any pair of defenders is amazing -- paired kinetics and a team of scrappers/blappers anyone? -

Yup, IR comes at 28, and if you've been ground bound till then it's going to revolutionise travelling.
Personally I can't stand just using Siphon as a travel power for most of the reasons listed above. The other is that it doesn't have a stealth component like SS and so you tend to get shot to pieces as you whizz around.
It's a combat rchg buff for me. -
