Vet badges, like forum post count, are meaningless predictors.
plenty of vets are dumb, rude and annoying, plenty of newbs are smart, friendly and fun to team with.
Judging someone by vet badges is as stupid as judging them by skin color or gender. -
I grew up on a farm.
'low risk high rewards' is NOT the words I'd use, put it that way. At least it seems to be raining this year but my family's still going further into debt. -

It can be hard with Exploration badges since they don't seem to be arranged with any logic and all look the same.

Solo AVs. Do the RWZ Challenge. See how far you get venture into the Shadow Shard.
If you want to challenge yourself, don't come crying about how they took away your 'challenge'. There's plenty of ridiculously hard self-imposed challenges in this game. -

Because it's in a sewer, not an office building?
The sewers have absolutely none of the safety and ease that AE farms did. Lowbies are on their own without SKing, dying means a long trip back from the hospital, and teams have to learn to work together to survive. They're a proving ground where players learn the hard way, and surprisingly often have a lot of fun doing so.
Yeah it's not the best situation, but its popularity isn't unfounded. -

I literally just started playing two days ago, and even I know that you can get multiple costume slots. o_O
I realize there are a multitude of possible factors involved, and that I am in no position to judge this person...
But I will say that what the person did (as in, flame someone for having a "special convention costume") is fairly ignorant, regardless of how they got to their level. Whether or not they're an "AE Baby" is a moot point. Even not knowing you can have multiple costume slots can be forgiven. The real stupidity (and the main point of this story) lies in the fact that the player in question chose to flame someone over a costume. o_o -
There's also the Hollows. Though well, even after the improvements it's still The Hollows.

I don't think that's the reasoning, but that it would be a lot of probably unnecessary work to add female pet models, and given that the pet model is chosen randomly every time you summon them, your pet named 'Charlie' might become a woman next time you summon it.
The title reminds me of Ghost Squad. -
Why not have both Conserve Power and PP? The more the better.

In another thread I had a fleshed out idea for a Pulse Rifle powerset. The tier 9 is a wave motion gun, and the tier 8 may be the Sapper gun.

And depending where you look on the market, IOs can be easy to get. Some sets are very cheap, while generic IOs from people getting the crafting badges will flood it every now and then.

You seem new. You should know that in this game (and most others), the build doesn't really matter nearly as much as the person controlling it. The most twinked out, overpowered build in the game isn't going to do any good to someone who doesn't know how to use it.
And on teams, don't count on being the center of attention. You might find a few Defenders can make everyone else on the team nigh invulnerable and unstoppable. -
