Regional Limitations
Buy online through one of the retailers they list. Make sure you get a region you want to play in eg US or EU. Buying from a retailer can be cheaper than buying direct though you do need to wait for the box to arrive. Or if you have a friend in game who lives closer to the retailer (so if buying from Amazon.com a friend who lives in US) maybe they can buy the box and just email you the code.
Also if you say where you live there might be someone here who lives there too and can speak from direct experience of your/their country rather than a generic I don't live in the right place sort of thing... I mean if someone lives in South Africa buys the game they will most likely have a different experience to someone who lives in Chile even though neither live in US/EU.
Thanks, yeah I have no problem buying the boxed version, and yeah I understand the regional differences, I've played other MMOs and had no trouble upgrading or renewing my membership. My consern lies in NCsoft not selling the game keycode online outside of the US, Canada, Australia or European countries, not in my country's inability for online market compatibility (so to say), I'm uncertain if this limitations will extend into other areas, the other MMOs I played had no similar limitations.
I also doubt someone from my country will read this post, anyhow, if the guy from South Africa, Chile, hell even Singapour, tells me: "yeah I got the game keycode from the box, n then I had no problem renewing my membership and renaming my character and what not" that would realy help.
What country are you in?

You really should specify what country you're in. I hear in Brazil you're stuck with a pretty poor online service.
I've been enjoying my trial acct for a while now, so I wanted to upgrade my acct in order to continue playing. But when I presed on the "Buy Full Version" button, the NCsoft webstore said that the product was not available in my region, instead I was presented with other NCsoft games or links to other webstores (ie, amazon).
After further research it seems NCsoft does not sell CoH in my country, or at least online game keycode purchase is not available (I do not live in the US, Canada, Australia and or any European country). Nevertheless I've enjoyed the game enough for me to just buy the boxed version, but I'm uncertain to do this unless someone in NCsoft, or atleast another player in a similar situation to mine, assures me that I wont have the same difficulties with further upgrades or even membership renewal, I mean if I want to get one of the upgrades available in-game like extra Character slots, architect solts, and so on, will I have the same difficulties as I am now, or will all this inconvenience end once I get the game keycode?
I've send several in-game GM petitions in regards to this matter n gotten no reply, might be I was just asking the wrong question, although I'm unable to reply to tells in a trial acct. I've also written several e-mails and gotten no proper response except for a message that seems to attempt to indicate that my message was recived, but no clear response.
PD: I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I thought I might atleast try to see if there's any player in a similar regional situation as me
